“Mike at the membership/returns counter went above and beyond for me. Went in to get my bracelet repaired, was expecting a 16ish week turnaround time. He was able to ask around and got me a direct replacement even outside of the return window. He didn’t have to but he did and I greatly appreciate him. I don’t know what he’s making but it’s not enough. Very pleasant experience!”
