“Bought a STIHL chainsaw on September 12th Had problems it was not set up properly and suspected it was damaged because of that. I wrote a scathing review somewhere and after returning the saw to ACE asking to speak with the manager I found STIHL had already contacted the store about it. I suspected the integrity of the saw was compromised. The staff was very professional and stated they would and did replace the saw. In spite of my previous review they made the situation right. They set up a new Chainsaw correctly this time.”
“I love this store. I get my cats food here as recommended by my veterinarian. Friendly staff. Clean store, but it smelled highly of rubber, like a tire store. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.”
