“Very helpful staff took us the time of bringing me a car cuz I saw that I was having a hard time walking this is to me to find what I was looking for in the store which was a door handle for a screen door it's Unfortunately they didn't have the exact one I need it but I got something temporary that will help out for the time being don't be afraid to go stop into your local Ace Hardware they really do help out and they're really cool”
“They didn't gave the shovel I was looking for, so Amy went above and beyond anyone I've ever had the pleasure to come across with customer service. She spent the time to try and remedy the situation and was so nice the entire time. If management sees this, give her a raise and don't let her go as she's rare nowadays!”

“The older lady at the front is so so, needs to work on her customer service. I had a screen repaired, which I've gone there for years for that. Staff in the back room were friendly and very helpful. Store was clean, always lots of supply. I'll be back for screen repairs.”
