“I was working on a plumbing repair and went to Lowes out of convenience (I normal frequent one of their competitors). Plumbing is not something I have much experience with and based on my experiences at hardware stores as of late, I wasn't really optimistic about finding competent help from an employee. Today was the exception when I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a Nice, professional lady named Renee. She when far above anything I have witnessed in a hardware store from an employee, more importantly she actually knew what she was talking about (this never seems to be the case anymore).

Renee took the time to make sure that I was taken care of and knew exactly what I needed for the job. Not only did she take care on me but, I saw multiple other interactions with other customers where she had provided the same exceptional service. Today's experience has definitely brought me back to being a Lowe's customers in the future. Hopefully, the company recognizes staff members who perform at this level, she definitely deserves it.”

“Had tough experience shopping recently. Im a fair man and believe giving a bad reviews punish all the other team members that provided a great customer experience. So I file my plaint internally amd trust the process. I really appreciate John reaching out to me becuase some things should not go unaddressed. Home depot has always really good customer service and I believe John wants to see that co tinue from our conversation! One time for John. And the other young lady that help me rent pump as easy as 1,2,3!!!”

“Trager I've used everything to smoke from the egg to the electric or super basic charcoal grill. This have ben fun. Im using a lot more wood pellets compared to woodchips. So take that into thought before u get one. I spe t about 40 on pellets already this summer. Which is about 10 times more then I've ever spent. Lol but a big fan is has a fan so chicken skin gets crunchy. which was an unexpected bonus.”
