Answered questions as they arise and gives room to roam and contemplate while keeping an eye from a distance, always following the customer's lead. The way it should be. No pressure. No disappearance. No locked-in chitchat with coworkers.

“I had to make a return because the leg on a shelf I purchased was broken. I really liked the shelf but I didn't want to exchange it and then go home and find out the new one was also broken when I open the box. I would like to thank sales associate Nola who was extremely nice and helpful who opened the box for me and let me make sure it wasn't broken. Nola eliminated any frustration of having to drive 30 minutes to return the item with her kindness. It was appreciated.”
“i visited the Targey store on Coolidge in Troy, MI on Dec,16, 2024, the shopping plaza was out of power. Target was open and running on a generator. I was able to make my return. the employees were all friendly and didnot mention the power outage. there were very few shoppers in the store. probably the easiest last minute shopping day of the season.”

“Brief history....I've been at the same company for 37 years and the office supply company we used when I started here in 1983 was Madison Troy Office Supplies, now known as the **absolute best** Office Supply Guys!They've been my/our go to for anything office supply related from paper clips to file cabinets and office chairs. Other furniture hasn't been needed because the desks we have are metal with laminate tops that are probably pretty close to 100 years old and will last for another 100 years!Joel and his team are the best in customer service. They will bend over backward to try and find items difficult to find and believe me, I've asked many times throughout the years. You absolutely cannot do better than this company for your business or home office supply needs. Thanks for the great service!!”

We ended up making a 30-minute drive to Pottery Barn Kids, where we were greeted by Brian, who turned our entire experience into a beyond positive one.

We then came back and met Elton at the same location and he was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find the right mattress for us given our unique issues and even helped us get a great deal. I strongly recommend the Troy MI location!!”
