“I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. I really appreciate everything that he's done. He has excellent customer service skills and is awesome overall 100/10 recommend if you plan on buying a Lovesac go to this location and ask for Mike!”
“There are so many styles and leathers to choose from. Martin is very knowledgeable . The store has been in business over 30 years so be confident. Most furniture stores do not have furniture techs for repairs.
Our leather sofa was delivered with a scuff and the new recliner had a problem 2 mo after delivery.
Fortunately Sean, the furniture tech Martin sent out was phenomenal. Everything was made perfect in my home within 30 minutes.
Highly recommend this store.”
“I visit yesterday Gardener white and as soon I get in John He was the sales person who helped me and he was very helpful and follow up with me thank you for John and I appreciate you and thanks a lot”
“Jennifer was such a great person to deal with, she was so informed and gave us a full tour of each product and explained what it does and what we should in our last purchase and our future purchases. Highly recommend brand and Jennifer is a person should talk to for your sleep solutions.
Thank you Jennifer”
“I recently went into the Rochester Hills store to purchase 5 appliances for my upcoming move into a condo. I had been to the store about 3 weeks earlier but I didn't write down the model nos. Joe the sales person on hand was able to do the research and get me everything that I needed for my move. It took some time however he was very thorough and I appreciated all his efforts to get things ordered. Thanks again!!!”
“Must’ve been my lucky day. Craig was able to locate the item I was looking for from a brief description ever the phone. The team onsite was nice, they helped me loading it all to the car, and I had everything at home in no time. Thank you Craig and team!”
“This store has gone above and beyond to the call of duty for my family! We take advantage of the curbside pickup service because I have a weaker immune system than most, and we are amazed at the speed and accuracy that our orders are ready, and how quickly they are at our vehicle when we arrive. On several occasions we tried to tip the representative handling our order and they refused to accept it! When we do have to go inside the store to get an item, there are always clean carts waiting for us and the checkout lines are fast and efficient! You folks are doing an amazing job, especially with the feeling that the staff is always working on keeping the store clean and as safe as a place can be under these circumstances!!!! Keep up the great work, there are a lot of people that appreciate the work that you are doing to help keep us safe!!!! I hope that all of you at the Rochester Hills Target Have A Safe And Happy New Year!!!!!! From Rob H And Family”
“The recent renovation at the Rochester Hills Target looks fantastic! The store feels so much brighter, clean, and incredibly well laid out, making it easy to pop in and find what you need without hassle.
I was especially impressed by the grocery section. The produce is exceptionally fresh, with a great variety—including unique fruits and vegetables you’d typically expect to find at a specialized produce market rather than a big-box store. Plus, they stay ahead of the game with trendy items; I was thrilled to easily grab Ka’Chava, FlavCity protein powders, and a great selection of cold brews! Excellent prices, top-tier setup, and friendly staff. Easily one of the best locations around!”
