“The room was spacious and comfortable, reception staff was very welcoming . The shuttle driver was an absolute gentleman, it was snowing and very windy, he ensured safety first and was thoughtful enough to confirm my comfort through out the ride.”

“The room overall was a good experience. It stayed a bit stuffy/warm even turning the air on. We stayed on the 2nd floor.

Biggest reason for the review was Karen. She was soo hospitable. What’s sad is that’s really rare these days. She helped make our stay wonderful. There was also a night attendant that followed her shift and my interaction was brief with them. They were very kind as well. If this is a reflection of most of the staff, this location should count themselves fortunate.
