She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. I want to re-iterate the last point about being patient as I think we must have changed our selections over a dozen times. Through it all, Alanna always maintained a professional presence and if felt frustrated or annoyed by our inability to stick with a decision, never made us feel it was known. “tom was very nice and helped me pick out a dutch oven for my sister, they helped me place the order in store which was nice bc the color was limited time, when the first one was delivered it wasn’t packaged properly so it was all scratched but the costumer service line was super helpful and able to get another one shipped before the color was gone and the second one came perfect”
