“Dropped something in a receptacle. Forgot to put a stamp. Time sensitive. Called the 2844 Livernois USPS. Cree got on the phone, called Maria (mail lady) had her come to the site to open it up, find my envelope, and let me affix my stamps. USPS >>>> UPS, they go the extra mile.”

“Jenn at this branch is wonderful. Competent, friendly, customer service oriented ALL THE WAY. I wish they could use her to train the garbage that is at the Troy USPS. That is the worst Post Office in Michigan. This one is a breath of fresh air.”

“Chris was super helpful in getting me the right envelope, describing the price system and ensuring the right package went to the right location. Appreciate his patience and support during such a busy Saturday. He managed the long line with ease. Thank you so much team, you made this my go to USPS!!”

“I had to rewrite this review because the reason I walked past 2 other Post offices were reviews about Jade. She was outstanding with her knowledge about passport documents and helped me through the process. I recently had a problem with a package I sent and I was a little hesitant. Everything went well. Denise the manager is looking into the package for me. Jade and Denise were awesome. Thank you both for your help.Tom”

“I always have the best experience at this Centerline, MI location! im always pleasantly greeted with a smile and care from Toni, Felicia and Dan and it's been that way since my first visit years ago! In the course of running errands years ago, I needed to stop in to mail a few packages, letters and flats I had accumulated about 25 minutes before closing. Toni helped me out with a pleasant attitude, patience and accuracy. I have come back to this location for years as ALL the staff have ALWAYS treated me with patience, respect, kindness and most importantly, speed & accuracy. My only request is to the USPS Postmaster to please update, renovate and add ADA compliant entryways to outside and inside the building of this Centerline, MI location as well as ADA parking spaces. The entire staff, Centerline residents and ALL customers deserve a fresh, bright, modern and ADA compliant USPS Post Office facility. Other than the request to update the building, I love this USPS staff at the Centerline, MI location!?”

“Doesn’t really seem to be advertised from the street I suggest you follow your navigation closely. Not sure what the story is with parking. I parked on the side of the street in front of someones home not sure if that’s except-able but I was quick. Highly recommend this location my visit was fast and staff were professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“The ladies at this location have always greeted me with a smile and often by name. I'm in there during business hours 3 or 4 times a month for the last 7 years and they appear to be hardworking. In that time, I've never felt like I needed to post a negative review so when I was looking for their operating hours it occurred that I should post this positive review. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I hate parking. The meters out front are horrible because it's not possible to run in & out without dorms more than pocket change. The saving grace is that you can park in the deck without paying but sometimes finding a spot can be tricky.”

“First of all, I need to explain the 5 stars because there is no doubt that this location has had, and still has; the same condescending, hating-life, inconsiderate, person employed at the Lathrup Village Post Office. Why the 5 stars then? Due to the new bright light named Jasmyne. She's professional, kind, quick and patient. She doesn't raise her voice, she doesn't treat customers like they aren't worth her time. She's a pleasant woman who does her job well. Say "Hi" to Jasmyne with a smile. She deserves your best you!”

“Our mailbox got knocked over from the heavy snow and the subdivisions snow plowings last week. Quick service n was shocked they were able to hold our mail in less than 24 hrs after I signed up online to have my mail held for pickup! A+”

“I was lucky enough to get Paulette at the counter today. I was express mailing a passport application. She was very knowledgeable about the process and I was on my way in 10 minutes. She never lost her patience; a real cool cucumber! Thanks so much!”

“The four stars are for the hard working mail carrier. Today, she said to me that someone called and complained about my package that required a signature. No big deal right? I would never call and complain about something that isn't her fault. I just have to tell you that neither my husband or I called.”

“It appears as though this location is consistantly operated by just one postal service employee. She appears to be overworked. May be reason for her unfriendly demeanor. However i find that speaking to her with kindness & empathy brightens her attitude.”

2.3 Poor30 Reviews

“I think the staff at the Madison Heights branch are awesome. I've lived her for about 5 years and I've never had any real issues with mail delivery or employee attitudes. Whenever I need to go in, everyone so far has been fast, kind and helpful.”

2.3 Poor104 Reviews

“This cute little post office respectfully answered all the questions of the customer in front of me & I had very fast service myself. I had no issue being seen or with the business hours (I showed up at my lunch break at 11:50). I was in & out in 10 minutes.”

“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”

“Needed to mail a card. I had to ask for tape because the Hallmark card would not seal. The clerk informed me that she would have to charge me extra because of the shape of the card. (Square). She was very nice, she had to put the zip code on for me.”

“I don't know how I got so lucky but I had a great experience at this post office. I admitidly have only been in the post office once that I can remember as an adult. I have never needed to send verified mail before. When I walked in I was greeted by both employees, and (I feel so bad for not getting the name) the female postal worker came out to the keosk to walk me through sending the letter and sending it the right way. She offered this help paitently as I clearly had no idea what I was doing. While out there regulars were coming in to check thier boxes, she greeted them they all seemed to know eachother by name. It was almost like a family diner feel. So I don't know who is rude there but my interactions were 5 stars.”

“Very good location with boxes to collect outgoing mail located outside. Lots of free available parking, and helpful employees. Parking lot has potholes that need repair, though.”

“In the last 3 months, I've had 2 unrelated and very urgent issues. In both cases, Sudie was simply incredible. I failed to get her name the first time, but made sure I got it this time so I could shout from the rooftops how incredibly thankful I am to her for going FAR above and beyond her duties and helping my family. I've never had a bad experience at this location in general, but I had to call out this extremely great customer service on these last two occasions.”

“This location went above and beyond for a bad situation today, I had no idea they had the power! Thank you to the gentleman there who helped us out. I think the quality of service here meets and exceeds the high standards of the Birmingham community.”
