“I have lived in Rochester for over 30 years; therefore, I have a lot of experience with merchants in the area. I have to say that the Assistant General Manager, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. They are really there to assist in this store, in a way I have not really witnessed in the Rochester area all of these years. I was astounded by the extent to which they went out of their way, as I did find it to be refreshingly unusual. I would not hesitate to shop here, they honestly want to exemplify customer service the "old-fashioned way." To show the customer is important to them, and words are nice ... but actions are everything, and this is where what they do says everything the customer needs to know.”

We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!”

“Visited today after not going for easily over a year. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they are under new ownership!! New flooring, lighting and much needed organization was done & it looks great! They had a great selection of clothing at a very decent price. One of the owners was working when we arrived and she was a sweetheart and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back and I will recommend their store to all my mama friends!”
“Most of the clothes are Carter's, Cat & Jack, Garanimals, etc. Those are fine but usually very affordable brand new, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip unless I needed to stock up on a lot of clothes at once.
I did find some gems though - in particular, some gently used Ralph Lauren and Janie & Jack items for $10-12.50. I got a couple of dresses and a shirt.”
“I called ahead and spoke to a staff about picking up my two online orders and where the best place to park would be and he was extremely helpful in his directions on where to park. When I arrived into the store, he had already had my orders out and ready to be picked up. He was pleasant and professional. I love the store and all it has to offer for my grandchildren.

“The staff was great. I waited til the last minute to try to find some 4th of July outfits and so I was combing through the whole store to try to find something red to go with the blue and white pants I found in Premie size. I was determined to find something and the associate must have noticed my determination and offered her assistance. She also did a quick assessment of the store and though she didnt find anything other than what I had, I do appreciate her attempt.”
