“Dollar Tree stores are now more difficult to determine the price of items. Many items that were $1 are now $1.50 and you don't know that until you go to pay. Items the web site indicated they carry were not available.”

“I’ve been shopping at Big Lots for at least 10 years and this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at one. I bought several pieces of furniture and ended up getting the best deal I could find anywhere in the state. The store manager and everyone there were really helpful getting the whole order put together.
Tristan was especially helpful. I called the store several times with questions about measurements and he took the time to measure everything for me so I could make sure it would fit properly in my house. He also helped me load everything up when I picked it up.
Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with and I really appreciated all the help. Definitely recommend the Shelby Township store.”

“i've been to a lot of five below but this is definitely one of my favorites it has literally everything most the time and they're usually pretty stocked up it's pretty busy just because it's in a mall thing where there's like a bunch of other stores next to it but they have my favorite hair extensions here I bought the expensive ones but they will never beat these ones I swear and they're pretty decent pricing too like don't get me wrong it's definitely not five below but it's pretty decent I've never had a problem with staff or anything and it's pretty clean as well”

She gave me a lil pointer on a purchase I got, and even gave me a couple extra caps for the stool I bought that had been left behind, & she was so darn personable and warm, which is rare in customer service, I just wanted to say ty again Michelle, they're lucky to have you!”
“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”

“This is not a dollar store, it's a discount store like dollar general. There's lots to see and some great deals. Hats and gloves.
A nice craft supply area. Everything plastic for the kitchen. A gift section and so much more. If you've never been there and you like to shop and find a great price make sure you have some time to spend.”
“Great store, my main issue is actually probably with the plaza. I saw this place gets pretty busy during some weekday hours, and there were a lot of bikes around the front, in fact, the employees specifically addressed this because they were in the way. Really, I think they could just use a bike rack, and maybe an exterior bench. As someone who frequently takes my e-bike, there isn’t a good place to lock it up in the area.”

“There is a girl there by the name of Cyn. I never see her do anything besides stocking and cleaning but she always says hello with a smile and if I need help looking for an item she seems to know if they have it or not and where exactly it is.Once she even went so far as to look in the backroom to get me what I was looking for. “Well organized and put together store. Staff helpful abd will assist to locate requested items. Well stocked shelves. I do enjoy this location. Sometimes stock seems to build up in the isles. Since they changed their prices I have noticed that not only has the cost gone up by .25 cents ,but it appears items that were a 3-4 pack are now in 2-3 packs so the prices have increased more than their stated .25cents ( example,disposable aluminum pans). Disappointing. I would give them one star because of how they changed price and cut back on package count but because staff is helpful and the store rather clean I will give them 4 stars.”

“Used to be a place for savings on name brands. But like everywhere else. Getting pricey. Pay attention as some items are priced more than current retail elsewhere. Still some deals and unique items. But have to hunt fir them now.”

“I want to give a big shout-out and Thank You to Alex! I was on my way to stay at my mother's home in Macomb and needed a sleep aid. It was 3 minutes to close and she still welcomed me with a warm greeting and found the product. I realized that I didn't want the Melatonin, but the Tylenol PM, she found it for me and made sure that I got what I needed. She REALLY went out of her way with kindness to ensure that I was happy and got exactly what I needed. She didn't make me feel rushed even though it was very late.
She is an AMAZING employee who deserves a raise!”

They have hardware, sports, houseware, kitchenware, auto, clothing, snacks, pets, rugs, drugstore products. Everything is at discount prices. I love Ollie's! They recently added a bunch of craft items. And Poppi 4 packs and 6 packs assorted flavors.”
