“My stay was 9/3 a 9/4 - this is the second time I’ve stayed here because of a power outage, I will start by saying the staff here is amazing, Darnell at the front desk is above and beyond fantastic, we had to stay here because of a power outage and we had asked for 4 extra sheets (we laid them on the ground so our 10 month old was not crawling on the carpet) and they had them delivered to my room immediately, the rooms are what they are they’re not fancy but they’re CLEAN from the bedding to the shower and the air conditioning is on point, there was anther lady who worked at the front desk ( I did not get her name but she was fantastic as well ) they have breakfast here and it’s actually good and fresh so hats off to the staff making sure we’re fed before work (pancakes , cheese omelets , bacon , yogurt, fresh cinnamon rolls, apple and orange juice ) all fresh and great, overall my experience here both times was 10/10 and I would recommend this place to anyone - thanks again Darnell”

“My stay here was really good although I don't live in Michigan anymore I always try to stay in the Warren area when I come home to visit this was my first time staying here and I must say it was a good experience from check in to check out also I have to definitely give a shout out to the young lady who was on the morning shift Sunday 5/31/26 or maybe even the afternoon shift probably around 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. I had a billing issue with my card and she situated everything in literally like 5 minutes and got everything the way It was supposed to be I was told her name could possibly be Heather but she was very great very attentive and assured me that everything will be taken care of overall this was a great experience”

“Had a great time at the bar! Bartender Katie is great! I love tequila she offered the Mexican candy shot it was GREAT I’ve never had it before, they also have a pool table! Definitely had a great night she was good company”

“Here on an extended stay for work; Beautiful hotel, my room was well above average and felt very luxurious with high ceilings. Breakfast is much more quality compared to other buffet-style experiences. Definitely recommend.
Edit: The weekend hot breakfast was a different story..”

“On Tuesdays the breakfast doesn't start till 6:05-6:10. Which is a problem when you have to be leaving at 6:15. Wednesday & Thursday wasn't a problem. This is two weeks in a row of staying here. Rooms clean and of comfortable.”
