“I went into the Clawson post office during lunch today to pick up a package that needed a signature. The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) was the most patient, helpful and kind person I've come across in a very long time. I find customer service in today's world to be pretty awful. The black woman (hopefully, this helps with WHOM she was) who helped me today restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you & Merry Christmas!”
“Just gave this post office a visit and the woman that helped me was awesome. She had really great customer service skills and did not mind helping me by giving me details on sending priority mail and explaining to me my best options for mailing out a package. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience was great.”

“Despite feeling quite nervous, I successfully passed my vehicle training course. Now, I can officially drive a pro master vehicle for the United States postal service. “I walk in with 2 boxes at 10 pm. Was directed by a greeter to the customer service counter that was closed and had an envelope slot for UPS. As I’m walking back out the doors A random employee asked if I would like her to drop them for me. She was SO nice. Just happened to be walking by me pushing a cart. Towards the counter. Thank you to that woman.”

“Came in for a 3 person passport appointment this morning and Wyatt was AMAZING!! Super helpful!! He had us in and out as fast as possible and was incredibly patient with us throughtout the entire process. Could not recommend his help more!”
“The people who work on the counter are very nice and helpful. Although there usually is a line but they get through it quick, i wish they can keep 2 people there at a time. Otherwise great location!”
“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”
“Francine has been awesome during the transaction I have encountered. I understand that it can be difficult in certain situations people are going through each situation when it comes to usps. When you have certain questions that you have she will be happy to help out. Her team is also wonderful as well! I would highly recommend her and this store location as well!”
