“Born 1958, raised in Fraser. With my children and grandchildren living out of state I'm sending gifts regularly from this location and I'm alway treated with respect. I've been to the surrounding Post Offices out of convenience for one reason or another and haven't experienced the same level of curtious. Fraser has a great crew at our USPS.”

“I went into the Clawson post office during lunch today to pick up a package that needed a signature. The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) was the most patient, helpful and kind person I've come across in a very long time. I find customer service in today's world to be pretty awful. The black woman (hopefully, this helps with WHOM she was) who helped me today restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you & Merry Christmas!”

Having a great driving instructor like Dave Hall made all the difference, reassuring me that everything would be all right. Shout out to Dave Hall - thank you!”
“Both of the people working the kiosk were extremely patient. They saved my invitations before they were mailed out; helping ensure safe delivery. One of the workers, I believe his name was Masum? Took the time to really make sure we were all set. I’m so used to rude post office people and they restored my faith.”
“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”
“Francine has been awesome during the transaction I have encountered. I understand that it can be difficult in certain situations people are going through each situation when it comes to usps. When you have certain questions that you have she will be happy to help out. Her team is also wonderful as well! I would highly recommend her and this store location as well!”

“I know there are a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I'm sure it's not great all of the time, but I have never had a bad experience at this location (minus long lines) in the 6+ years I've been coming here. The employees I've dealt with have all been friendly and helpful, and as soon as I get through the line I'm not there long at all. The employees that are doing a good job deserve some praise because I've witnessed some pretty nasty/difficult customers while I was in there.”
