“After 57 years of driving in Michigan, I finally hit a deer on a dark, rainy night which demolished the grille and right front fender of my mint condition 2012 Dodge Ram C/V. Took my van to Dunshee based on their reputation as a reliable, high quality shop and was not disappointed. The repair work was beautiful and they even did a complete detailing to the interior. When they called to let me know the van was ready to go, I was shocked to find out the final price was almost a thousand dollars LESS than the original estimate! Nice, honest folks and superior workmanship, you just can't beat Dunshee.”

I have heard nothing but good things about this company. The owner called me soon after I got off the phone with my insurance company to introduce himself and talked me through the next steps of the process with me. He kept in touch with me and worked around my schedule. I arrived early and they had no problem taking my truck in and started working instantly. “I sometimes dread going to part stores because I'm a younger woman and employees tend to assume I know nothing, that attitude just leaves me feeling uncomfortable and upset. I never have to worry about dealing with that at Napa in Vicksburg though! The staff is always willing to help as much as they can and they manage to do so with a friendly attitude. They helped make sure I had everything I needed without realizing how much it meant to me today, they didn't know I had already been stranded without heat in -3° temperatures for a few hours before I walked in. A certain auto store in Portage should take lessons from this Napa team, kindness goes a long way.”
