“I really like this store. It's like going to a flea market or Shipshawana. Really great prices on things like tube socks, nitrile gloves, work gloves, duck tape, masking tape and bungee cords just to name a few. Lots of tools and flash lights of every shape and size. It's just a fun trip. You should go.”

“I went to get pens and while I didn't find the ones I was looking for but I did find a small desk fan. Currently they also have a lot of back to school stuff going on, being cheap. I work at schools and have been making a point to notice this. The stuff I get from there is good for the price, lasting about as long as I expect for the prices. I have high hopes for this fan.”

“I had a great experience at Family Dollar. I stopped in to grab some food before heading to the Red Roof Inn, and everything was convenient and easy to find.
What stood out most was the customer service. The young lady at the counter was very courteous, friendly, and respectful. That kind of energy makes a difference and keeps people coming back.
I go based on how a place treats people, and this location gets it right. Because of that, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who follows my reviews.

“Very well organized and great staff. The entire crew is always full of good energy and I just learned today who the store manager was. I never knew it was him because he's always stocking things so I thought he was a regular guy. He's always positive and charming. Anyone who says something bad about them is more than likely the problem.”
“Accidentally just went in a few min before close. Having worked in the public service industry before, I realize how annoying it can be so offered to go elsewhere if they already had the register closed up. The staff tonight was MORE than welcoming and didn’t put up a fuss at all. Even carried my bag of ice out to the car for me! Thank you so much to the staff who was on tonight!!! “On Monday the 19th we stopped at the $ General. Our truck would not start after turning it off. Jose was on shift that day - He was so helpful and rushed outside and moved his truck and we were able to jump our vehicle. We were so appreciative and he did so w/a smile and genuine kindness. “This Dollar General location is usually almost always hectic and looks as if a tornado has gone up and down each isle. Even with the boxes stacked throughout the isles waiting to be stocked, I honestly still enjoy this specific location over all others.”

I noticed a newer employee that went above and beyond to help me find my needs so I could get out as quick as possible. The name on her name tag was Jessica. “Used to be worth going in and getting a few things from but not anymore lady that was manger always made you feel welcome now some other thing is taking over she's living in a dream if she thinks she can deal with everything going on. Never will I go to this place again it's not a safe place too much danger going on here”
