“Pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will always shop Batteries Plus for the good service! My biggest regret is when they closed the Alpine Grand Rapids location for the convenience..”

“I've gone to this O'Reilly Auto Parts a couple times now and would very much recommend it over other auto parts shops in the area! Their edge is that they provide more free services, such as (uncomplicated) replacements with purchase of certain items. They seem to always have at least one very knowledgeable staff member each shift. Today it was Jerry, who installed two different light bulbs I purchased. I can't overemphasize how much I appreciate him replacing those bulbs and having a positive attitude about it! Staff at other places will grumble about it for sure, especially on a cold day. But Jerry gave great insight and tips on top of providing great service.”

“Great prices and excellent service. Was able to rebuild my alternator for much cheaper than buying a new one. Also has great prices on batteries too, I’ve purchased multiple from him and they’ve all performed as they should, at a fraction of the price as a new battery.”

“I always enjoy purchasing auto parts from Oreilly auto parts in Jenison. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I've had great success locating difficult to find parts. Many staff members are skillful at cross referencing part numbers to help find the correct part. Many times they have the best prices.”

“An employee at this store, Josh, is absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how to get my key fob to work properly for my wheelchair accessible van. He was kind, patient, and resourceful. Josh is an asset to this store. You can go to the store, completely kind of confused about what you need and leave with all your questions answered and the product you need. It’s a quiet and clean environment.”

“My battery died. Pat got me a new one, with a 4 year warranty, and installed it! Feel I got a great deal. It's so stressful when the car has problems, and Pat was great! Such a relief! WHY SO SERIOUS! Lol”

“Billy helped me. He knew exactly what I needed, processed it quickly. He offered to help bring it to my car, which I did not need, but I appreciated very much his level of service. Great Service”

“If you go to O'Reilly's in Walker, ask for Clint. I came in expecting to buy a new battery due to what I thought was a bad battery because of some corrosion. He checked it out and ran multiple tests to see how the battery and other parts of the car were running. He assured me the battery was running great and gave some fantastic advice on how to get rid of the corrossion. We had a very friendly conversation about the car, and he left me feeling great. Thanks Clint!”

“I’ve stopped in a couple of times the past week. Jason has been awesome and helped me out both times. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I plan to start coming here over AutoZone.”

“You know, I've been a diehard Autozone kinda guy because I thought Autozone sounded like zapzone which was a lazertag place. I figured out that O'Reilly not only has a worse name but it is also a better place! So now I only go to O'Reilly”
