“My car unfortunately gets hit all the time. CARSTAR was able to match the silver paint on the rear bumper even better than the bumper matched from the factory. I have been through this process a lot of trying to get painted plastic bumpers to match painted fiberglass panels and they did an amazing job. “The crew was very professional and work done was superior. They even too care of a spot that was left unattended by the window cleaning service just couple of weeks before. There was a paint spot on the window high up where we could not have reached and the person who came to give me the quote assured me that they will scrape it off when they come to install the new window. “They were on time for the appointment I made .I bought 4 tires had an alignment and some front end work done. It took five hours to complete the job. I like to think better efficient than rushed. The cost was not cheap, but not overpriced. No problems so far , hope this posting helps.”

“I was panicking about getting my windshield replaced before I turned in my lease. I stopped in at this location so I could talk to someone in person, instead of over the phone. The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful, got me a next-day appointment, and I was able to get my windshield replaced just in time. I felt so much less stressed when I left their building! Austin came out and did the windshield replacement, and he was timely, quick, and friendly.”
“Our van was recently involved in a small accident and we took it to Gerber to repair mostly cosmetic damage. Shortly after the accident (after the initial estimate appointment but before the actual repair appointment) the car started to experience electrical issues. I was fairly certain they were not accident related but they recommended I bring it back in to take a good look and be sure. Their troubleshooting and advice revealed an unrelated issue that I was able to address immediately after picking the car up from being repaired. Their assistance on this matter was above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. The repair was good and the car looks good as new. Additionally the entire staff was friendly and helpful while working through the car rental process and working with the insurance company. While nobody wants to have to visit a collision shop, I would return if I have to and would recommend this shop to others.”

“I had my Subaru ascent repaired here for some body damage. The work was done in a timely manner and communication before, during and at the end of repair was good. There was an issue with one of the interior trim where it kept coming loose starting about 3 weeks after I picked up the car. I took it back twice where they “fixed” it each time but it kept becoming loose after a few days. Finally I spoke with the manager who apologized for the inconvenience, ordered a new trim and had it replaced which stopped the issue.”
“Insurance work. Replaced my windshield.I think they did and awesome job so far. Dropped my vehicle off and it was ready in a couple hours. Clear instructions on what not to do with a new windshield. This is the 3rd time I've used this company. I would recommend safelite for windshield repairs/replacements.”
“I have a 2021 Toyota Venza with the Stargaze glass roof. A stone cracked the glass and finding a shop to do the repair was challenging. The electro chromatic glass is very large and expensive. Luckily insurance covered it minus the deductible. Sunroof Express recommended Suburban Auto Trim and Glass. I am glad they did because their team did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with the results. It looks like it did from the factory. I would highly recommend them based on the results they delivered to me.”
