“Love this target! All staff I've encountered are helpful and caring. They always take the time to be patient with me and don't rush me while doing returns and such. I'm also fond of the curbside pickup system they have and I hardly have to wait more than a few minutes for my order. The workers always help me troubleshoot when I can't get my app to work since I'm not the best with technology.
I haven't frequented many targets but compared to some other retailers similar to target, the managers here always go above and beyond the help me when other employees don't have the right tools. I can tell the managment here is held to higher standards than others.

“I would like to offer a short story before acknowledging one staff member of the store specifically, Jaclyn. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis two years ago. I was already disabled before this time, and work part time. All of a sudden I was not only faced with battling two eye diseases but fighting my body on a daily basis in order for it not to give out in a very hectic healthcare setting. I would have never dreamt of owning a new bed as this was never the priority before considering all of my obligations at the time. A few months before I made the decision to get a bed I had also gotten a non-renewal notice due to my particular type of housing and most of, but not all my furniture, appeared to be making me sicker. I made the decision to buy a new bed, first due to health but also due to the fact that I had no way to move the bed. I decided that I could afford one with Labor Day Sales. I went to a local mattress store and found a bed that made my body feel as if I was hardly sick, however the salesmans amounts kept changing and details kept changing, even though they denied this. I could find no other bed that came close. Enter the team of Mattress Firm Howell and amazing salesman Kevin. He wanted to help in any way he could but that bed was not offered. In an effort to help, he reached out to sleep expert, Jaclyn of Novi's mattress firm location who started researching. I spoke to Jaclyn on the phone a soon after Kevin called her. She listened to my story with the most sincere empathy as she researched options. Being the absolute powerhouse of knowledge that she is, she found the same exact bed but by another label at a lower cost and with free base. Jaclyn works at Novi's mattress firm yet she did not hesitate to help another store, without ego or agenda. This transcends salesmanship, she does it because she really does care about how a bed affects your life. I received my bed a few weeks ago and I feel like Jaclyn didn't just find a new bed but sold me a new body. I never knew that it was possible to reduce multiple sclerosis symptoms just by having a bed suitable that was for you. I want to cry with joy everyday. I know that Jaclyn is probably one of the universes greatest treasures and I hope she is offered raises and perks without limit because she is that much of an asset to Mattress Firm. I highly recommend her as a sales person because if she did this much for me knowing that I did not have much, she will help you have the best possible bed and sleep, my fellow customers. I cannot thank Jaclyn and Kevin, of Howell Mattress Firm enough and the company as a whole. You truly are changing the game and it is amazing that you're making us, the customers the winners, and then in the purest way possible, celebrating our wins.”

“We on a whim stopped by La-Z-Boy after going to 6 different furniture companies that day. We got there at 5:50pm they close at 7:00 so we have 80 minutes to shop find and decide if anything is what we are looking for. Ms Loveland greeted us and explained that what we were looking for could be found on several different chairs (swivel glide) functions. We got 7/8 of the way through sitting on several seats. And finally she found one that was just right.
Again Ms Loveland explained we could order or take the showroom chair (wee need 2) so she got on the phone found an exact match and we signed the paperwork.
What a joy to work with someone that is very knowledgeable about the product they sell ….. refreshing.

She picked out the perfect lamp to go with it and even had a measuring tape to help me with deciding on the right size end table. This was the best furniture buying experience I have had since I furnished my big house in NH. “I saw amish furniture on the sign and was unsure. You see, I am a mid-century modern kind of gal and assumed everything in the store would be rustic. But to my delight, there were so many beautiful and eclectic pieces. I saw the MCM table and chairs but the stain wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Nancy and team at Home Again Decor helped me order the table in the specific wood and color I wanted and I am thrilled with what I got! This table is sturdy and well built and crafted in the amish tradition. I absolutely love the look of it in my MCM inspired home! Highly recommend Home Again Decor for all things furniture. And they have beautiful decor pieces and wooden cutting boards and charcuterie boards you won’t see anywhere else!”

That appears to have been a one off situation and all of my interactions with the staff there have been pretty great since that initial review. I do find that they have a great selection of herbs. I also had some reason to inquire about how to address issues with my herb garden and had a very knowledgeable staff member provide recommendations that ended up helping to improve the health of my garden. Didn't find the items I came to get but I was being a little picky. Did find a chair I had wanted to find for months and a few other items. This place can be hard on the pocket book. Much better than Home Goods.”

“Josh Costa was very welcoming and did a wonderful job presenting their product. My wife and I were getting tired of trying out mattresses all around and this place was our last. He didn’t pressure us to purchase anything but the product itself convinced us. And his kindness confirmed our purchase decision.
We made it home to think it over and just called to order our very first mattress as a married couple. Corey, I believe, was on the phone to help us out with the order. He was very gentle and helpful throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend this location and we are happy that we made a stop at this store.

“One of the biggest Target around. You usually can find what you are looking for. Usually can find someone to help you and have enough check out lanes open.Good selection of bath bombs, gels, and soaks. Stuff you can't find else where. Large pet department with the cat stuff getting almost the same shelf space which is not the norm. I just wish they had more choices of women's clothing for those of us who prefer a more classic style. While the grocery section is more limited than a regular one, you can at least a few items in category you are looking for. Great place to find cheaper holiday stuff. Always spend TOO much every time I come”

“We were looking to replace our 20 year old Norwalk sofa with a smaller Norwalk sofa (American brand, American owned, and still making furniture in America). Home Interior Warehouse is an authorized dealer for the brand. The people were very helpful and super nice. We were very pleased with the pricing at their July 4th sale! Our sofa was a custom order, and it was delivered to our home 7 weeks after the order was placed. Needless to say, the new sofa was immediately claimed by the Head of the Household as his personal spot!Great experience; highly recommended!”
