“I found this jewelry store based off their 5 star reviews (which are well deserved)! These are the NICEST, most honest people, with very fair pricing! I took my sisters ring in that I bought her as a gift while out of the country, that the sapphires fell out of. The owner went over options with me, showed me price differences at different quality stones, showed me the actual stones before doing the work to make sure it was what I wanted, and went over every detail with me. He was friendly, fast, AND efficient. Him and his wife provided amazing customer service (which is impossible to find anymore!). “I've only shopped at PDS a couple times but they have a great selection of clothes, gift ideas and other items you're not going to find at a chain store. Also I see a review from a GaryK - he is nothing but a trouble maker. I heard that he'd come to the store seemingly impaired demanding that he be paid early. The store had to kick him out and I heard he made threats of violence. This was back in 2022. He still seems to be carrying a grudge when he really needs to look in the mirror and clean up his act!”

“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”

“Update: Paul actually did reach out to me personally as he said in the response. I was actually surprised because I wasn't really expecting anything. However, he was very professional and offered to take a look at my ring. Because we live in California, we mailed the ring back and ultimately, he offered to have the ring sent back to the manufacture to have the setting remade. It turned out stunningly, it was a brand new setting with the same diamonds. The process took several weeks but Paul emailed and called me with updates and tracking information. I'm so thankful to him for taking the time to reach out to one customer and making sure we were taken care of. I'm just so relieved and love my ring again!!”
