“This place has everything for your cooking needs! All the possible tools and accessories for peeling, cutting, strain, juicing, cooking. They sell oils by weight! First time seeing this in Michigan! There are air fryers, blenders, grilling accessories. They have Swedish clothes in beautiful designs! Such an amazing store with cozy atmosphere!”
“I would highly recommend Brian and his team. They are very prompt, reliable and pay close attention to detail. They repaired the walls, sanded and painted several rooms. They did a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely reach out to them in the future when I need more home improvements.”
“We purchased multiple items from them multiple years ago when we were renovating and were very impressed with their customer service and the quality of the items to choose from. We have had an issue with a faucet multiple times which can be frustrating however, they have given us outstanding customer service and have been able to help us with the manufacturer’s replacement piece. Shout out to Emma for continual support. We would not hesitate to both you and your company.”
“Amazing customer service and incredible products with lifetime sharpening and lifetime warranty. They also have he chef’s spices which are home made Michigan spices from up north. They are the best natural spices I have ever tried.”
“Excellent experience from start to finish!
I’m really happy I came across this place. I couldn’t be happier with the service and products John and Co. from The Kitchen Top Shop provided.
After several disappointing consultations with large corporate stores who only wanted to sell me cabinets, a friend referred me to The Kitchen Top Shop.
They built me a custom kitchen layout and were very patient with me as I when through several different options and plans. They took my 1940 built kitchen/dining room and turned them into an open concept modern space that transformed the feel of the entire house. After seeing the finished product, I wished I had done it sooner.
They were professional, knowledgeable, personable and left me with a beautiful new Kitchen. The owner John is a very nice guy, who conducts his business with integrity and the customers’ satisfaction in mind.
In a day and age where quality work and genuine customer service for a fair price is becoming increasingly rare, these guys provided exactly that.
I am recommending The Kitchen Top Shop to all friends and family from now on.
I will never use any other Kitchen & bath re-modeler, again!”
“Pro-Source in Wixom is the best! Great selections, the best pricing and absolutely wonderful customer service. John is the account manager we worked with and kept us informed with ship dates, and referred us to a great installer, (Monty). We are a repeat client and will never shop anywhere else for flooring. :)”
“We had a great experience purchasing our cabinets from Accurate Cabinetry & Home Design. Our Kitchen Designer Kimberly was friendly, had many helpful ideas, and was very patient with us through the whole process. We highly recommend her and the quality Pioneer Cabinets we purchased from Accurate.”
“First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.”
“The online calculator shorted me tile, so I had to run to the Novi store last minute with contractors at my house in hopes they had a couple more boxes. Marisa immediately came to the rescue and saved the day! She helped me find the tile I needed and even convinced me to go with a different grout color. Thank you Marisa!”
“Sunday 6/12/2026 sale was the bomb. It was 25% off Patio, Air Conditioners and 15% off everything else in the store. I got alot of things I wanted, I was very happy with this Sale. Thank You”
“My Fiancé and I visited this location today to casually browse and window shop. We ended up starting our wedding registry! The staff today went above and beyond to be chatty, helpful and informative. We had some technical difficulties with the WS App and setting things up, yet the manager took their time and helped us step by step. Everyone working this midday shift truly made our last minute trip here well worth it. We are eager to come back and see what other things we can add to our registry!
Also, as I’ve read through other reviews from the past - it doesn’t matter what the heck one is wearing. I was in jeans a sports hoodie while my fiance was in a Carhartt jacket…if you’re a kind human you’ll be treated with kindness.”

“Excellent customer service from the counter team. I walked in thinking I needed a hose for a Delta faucet, and after less than a minute was told it looked more like a Moen faucet hose. He brought the new part out, opened a sealed bag,and checked it with the faulty hose I took off. It looked right, and I was able to install it in less than 10 minutes.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly.”
