She listened to the situation and was able to come up with a hair cut that worked for both of us and he turned out amazing. He's adorable with long scraggly hair but there is nothing like an amazingly blended/trimmed up hair cut to make a dog feel like a prince. Thanks again Brooke! You crushed it!”

“Took my Mom's 4-month-old miniature dachshund puppy in for a socializing walk and was greeted by several super friendly staffers. They weren't pushy at all but could answer all my questions about the various harnesses as the puppy grows. I come back here again and again. The foods available here also seem to be a solid notch or more better than what you'd see at Petco or Pets-Mart.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! The Doctors and staff I’ve encountered have been so kind and caring. My more recent experiences with veterinary offices (last ten years) have often felt rushed; you feel like a number. However, this office stands out far above the rest!
After moving back home with our 10-week-old puppy, Mille, who was sick and needed to be seen ASAP, Commerce Village Vet was the only vet willing to see her immediately (including my previous vet). Other offices had appointments in 10-14 days if I wanted to wait that long, or they suggested I take her to an ER vet. No way could I let my girl continue in pain for that long. Also, she was a puppy, and I wanted to start Ellie off with her new vet and the best experience possible. I didn’t want her first vet appointment here to be traumatizing.
Since our first, we’ve had several visits, and each one reminds me how much I appreciate them and how happy I am to have found them.

“Shauna is the best!!For starters, I’ve been coming to this pet store regularly since it has opened. This is, by far, the best and most all inclusive pet store I have been to. They carry the best, highest quality products. And their staff is very knowledgeable on their products. They carry hand made items and support small businesses.This store also has a dog wash station, and they also have the high velocity dryer and provide any possible grooming product/tool that you could possibly need for when you’re there.Yesterday, Memorial Day, I drove up to the store after having the most stressful weekend with my fur baby, and I noticed that they were getting ready to close up. They stayed open at least an extra 15 minutes past closing to help me find the best products to help my fur baby. Shauna had gone out of her way to check labels on food to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She gave me plenty of helpful suggestions that I never even thought of. I’m thankful that our paths crossed yesterday. I’m grateful for the help.Literally the best store. Gives mom and pop shop vibes.Oh, and all of their living animals there are in great shape and they take very good care of their animals!!!”
“Friends from out of town made a birthday visit to my apartment in Northville. They snuck out and bought a gift card at Celebrity Pets down the road. Today (Christmas Eve) my big black cat Barnabas and I went to check it out. We were welcomed with opened arms and given personal shopping help by Shauna. She helped us fit him with a harness that was less restrictive than most his size. Also found a substantial collar and a mouse toy. Highly recommend this business. Ownership has a love of animals and people, and is proud of where their products come from. I'll be back for sure. and so will Barnabas.”

“EDIT - The owner reply to my concern about getting into the vet within 5 days. They clarified a vet just need to be scheduled within 5 days (See reply). I have changed the entire review after this to reflect the speedy response and our original feelings.My wife originally came here with the kids and found a puppy they absolutely adored. After that she was able to convince me to get in there, and a long story short we ended up putting the puppy on hold. This was a really nice experience because we were hosting Easter that day and they allowed us to place a deposit and secure the dog that we really, really wanted.The experience from there continued to be very positive, with an exceptional staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful while we were going through this process. Now we have a new puppy for the family, who is settling in fantastically, and we are incredibly happy with the experience!”
“Wonderful staff , great selection of food and treats, and they give the best doggie baths! We ordered "furminator" service with her bath at the Livonia location and the results were amazing! Update: we have taken her for baths twice at Northville location and both times she comes out terrified and running to the door. Our dog is very well mannered and gets a long with all people and other dogs, it scares me to think of what may have scared her so much but we will never take her to Northville location ever again”
