“I had to post this! I've been using the 3000 intense pain rub and I'm amazed how good it is. I have severe circulation pain in my legs and I use the cream and within 5 minutes pain is gone. We drove an hour to get new jar and they're closed. I'm panicked because it works so well. If owner could contact me I would appreciate it.”

“My sweet mini golden doodle boy is always so well taken care of at Scrubbers. At the West Bloomfield location Nandi was our groomer and she was awesome. I asked for a short, sweet and to the point hair cut and that's what I/he got. The establishment is clean and everything is easy. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend. PS. For the Royal Oak Scrubbers I use Ashley. She's awesome, too. Overall a happy experience for me and my boy.”

“I was at the West Bloomfield location, to get my pitty's nails trimmed and while I was waiting I realized his harness didn't look right (first time using it). One of the employees (Taylor) happened to walk by so, I asked her opinion and she agreed. She then sat down on the floor and together we figured out the correct way to put it on. The great customer service & amazing staff like her, are the reason Premier Pet is the only pet store I'll go to. Thanks again to Taylor...not all heros wear capes ?”

“I appreciate that they sell Dr. Marty's brand of dog food. Not all pet stores sell it. Shopping for it on line has led to my credit card getting hacked. I'm very pleased that Pet Supplies Plus in Livonia keeps a lot of Dr. Marty's brand in stock.”

“Love this place, they are willing to special order food for my picky cat at not extra cost AND more importantly they are willing yo keep it stocked on the shelves as well. They know their stuff and are always happy to visit with your pet when they come in. Its the only place I shop for the needs of my cat and the new puppy we added to the family.”

“Nikki does such a wonderful job of grooming my mini Goldendoodle, Tango! Last time I was there, I asked if she would brush his teeth. When I checked out his teeth, especially the back molars that had some buildup, the tartar was gone! I highly recommend Kanine Spa & Daycare.”

“Stopped by today to pick up my dog's favorite treats and restock on dog food. Was greeted by staff and asked if I needed any assistance. The manager on duty was jasmine. Super friendly and very good at what she does. I will be back. Also, my dogs appreciate the Stella & Chewy's Lamb liver heart treats. They absolutely love them!”

“Really nice owner and store staff. I bought too much of some bird seed, and wife asked me to return for a smaller bag. Of course, I had NO idea where the receipt went, but they handled the exchange for a smaller bag with aplomb (I do have an account there). What I really liked about the store were the folks there who helped me. Willing to engage in small talk, and willing to ask questions that younger people who are curious would ask. I did really appreciate my conversations with them, and will definitely buy more of our pet supplies from Magoos.”

“I like employees in this store and awesome coupons I get from time to time, but when you order items online and choose to pick them up, don’t just click “I’m here” button and wait in the parking lot, because they don’t seem to notice you are there. Just go inside the store and pick it up. Much faster.”

“I have been going here with different animals for over a decade now. I am extremely picky about doctors, dentists, lawyers, contractors, etc. Which is why all my friends and family ask me where to go for incredible service. I have an extremely high stress career, travel a lot, and I am a generally grumpy guy and my dog is worse! She is loved but a nightmare. This staff handles both of us incredibly well. Seems everytime I walk in there its an emergency. I complain about costs, have time constraints, and what ever else I feel like complaining about that day. They always manage to fix me then fix the dog. I felt it time to tell them I appreciate them!!!!!!”

“My doodle Oakley absolutely adores paw print inn. It’s his favorite place in the entire world, he adores the staff and literally wiggles with excitement the second we walk through the door. He has so much fun everytime he’s there. I also love that they have cameras so I can watch my little guy play with all his friends. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. We love our paw print family”

“I've rented U-Hauls from this location twice, both when I was moving in and now when I am moving out of my apartment. Each time I had a good experience. This time in particular, U-Haul was unclear on my pickup time (not Novi Feed's fault) and the two gentlemen who were there, Jared and Brendan, made sure I could get my rental as early as possible instead of waiting.”

“I had to get a particular dog food for my Morkie. It actually has a rx. All the other pet stores did not carry or had too many barriers to obtain (order on line, might take 2-3 weeks). When I called this particular Petsmart my anxiety instantly evaporated. They had the medicated dog food, and on site. Handed the vet desk my rx. I was given instructions on which rx foods I should pick from for my pup. I was such a relief to be able to begin her treatments as soon as I returned home. I so appreciate this store.”

“I am so thankful to Petco and especially to Jennifer for such a great experience! I was referred to Jennifer by a friend and a couple weeks back I took my baby Enzo in for grooming. Well Jennifer noticed that he had this weird looking skin irritation under his belly. I hadn't noticed it...he's a sheltie and his coat is so thick. Anyways Jennifer suggested holding off on the grooming until I got it checked by a vet. It turns out he had a pretty severe allergy I and had been licking it so much that it got infected . My vet confirmed that grooming would have irritated it and infected it even more. I am so thankful to have found a groomer that actually cares about the well-being of the dogs in their care. I have referred many friends and family members with fur babies to Jennifer, We appreciate your hard work and commitment to these animals.”
