“I love my Postal workers because they do the best they can with what they have to work with. Its hard to run a race when you have been knee capped by a Post master whose goal is to disrupt the flow of mail for political purposes. The Post office is the oldest government agency its been around since the 1800's.The postal workers at Walled lake do their jobs and do their best to carry on the proud tradition of our post offices. "THE MAIL MUST GO THRU"! Thank you all for your service.”

“I came in today to mail something and had a really good experience. The man at the front was very nice and helpful. Put a smile on my face to see some one being so helpful.”

“I am posting so the Post Office knows, not because I am upset. The location may be ground level but is not handicap accessible. On crutches or a wheelchair there isn't a button to open the doors.Considering it is a federal building, I am a bit surprised. I am temporarily on crutches or I would never have noticed. I could not open either of the doors.”

“We LOVE the New Hudson post office. Dawn & Katie are the very best. Their customer service is so much better than the South Lyon post office. They helped fix the mess that South Lyon post office created with our passports. They delivered our passports in soaking wet envelopes & did NOTHING to help our family.Thankful for New Hudson post office!”

“It's a post office. It's not therapy. It's not a doctors office. It's a place to mail letters and packages. Sometimes things break, like scales and stamp machines. People break things, no surprise. Later, they get fixed. Again, it is a post office and I mail things and get receipts and the system is still working. Is everyone friendly all the time? You can answer that yourself. Control your reaction and move on through your day. Reading the reviews SMH.”

“My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!”

“The folks I have interacted with inside of this location have been kind and efficient! Can't say the same for the man in the mail truck who decided to shout at me for exiting the parking lot the wrong way. I was pulled over far enough that other cars were still coming in easily, but if you want to block the ENTIRE entrance to stop and scold me thats your prerogative I suppose.”

“This post office is the best. I refuse to go to other office now based on how kind and professional and knowledgeable these employees are. They helped me out with a weird mailing situation and weren’t pushy or rude. Both clerks were amazing. Thank you Northville P.O.!”

“TOM, who works at this location is AMAZING.I have had a multiple interactions with him and he is always helpful, kind, funny, and will do anything within his power to make your transactions smooth. I have had positive interactions with other workers at this location as well despite the fact that they are usually understaffed when I go there. Tom and other postal workers do the best they can even when they have a long line and they do so with a kind, and helpful approach. THANK YOU!”

“I went here today to get my daughter's passport. We had an appointment at 2:15 and we were out the door by 2:35. I was super impressed! The employee that helped us was BUSY - helping us and another person who was also there for a passport and several other customers just coming in to mail packages.I noticed several negative reviews of people complaining about the employees being rude when they came in to get their passports and my suggestion would be to make sure you read everything you need to do BEFORE you go.You have to pay by check, bring all the required documentation and it's also suggested you complete and print the application BEFORE you get there. When you do the things they suggest, it's a smooth process. Also, I am sure the employees there deal with a lot of grumpy people. Try giving them the benefit of the doubt and be respectful.”

“I had a package that was supposed to deliver today and when I tracked it, it said invalid address and it was going to return to sender. I went and looked at my order and saw that I did put a completely wrong address for delivery. You are unable to go through to Annex via phone but I always receive a response within a couple business days by doing the ticket through the website. Today though, I was desperate to get through to someone and explained my situation in my ticket. I received a phone call within an hour from Alvin stating he saw my ticket and found my package for me and would hold it for me for pick up. Made my whole day and weekend!”

“Nathan was great and very helpful! The line was long but he didn't rush me. He helped me pack my box and he even suggested another way to ship my package through the post office that was affordable then what I was planning on doing. He was wearing a mask , but he was still caring. It's hard sometimes with masks to tell how the other person is feeling. The post office is always clean and organized when I visit. The rest of the staff are also nice and polite.”
