“Today is Dec 8 Sunday morning. The two opening the store were doing the absolute best they could. They were bum rushed before they even opened. I sat outside from 945 till 957. I noticed a line forming so I went ahead and got in line.. the customers were being extremely rude and huffing. All while not knowing they let an elderly gentleman in early as he was being impatient. So they didn’t even get a chance to fully open and were doing the best they could while a store full of people complained and huffed and puffed. If you were one of those people SHAME ON YOU. You all are much older than these young adults who are TRYING to help you. Super proud of the two doing the best they could and keeping their calm. I’ll be back. And if I have to wait 30 minutes cause they are having issues I will do it again with no complaint. People need to work on their energy cause the two working were being absolutely the best they could.”
“This is the best UPS store around. David especially is so great. I do all of my print jobs here and it’s just so easy to email and have it ready for pick up. Whether I am doing a big job or small, David takes such great care and notices every detail.

“I’m in the store daily around 6pm to drop off my packages for my home business. They always greet with a smile and are fast to help. They are knowledgable about their services and efficient when working with customers (even when the customers don’t always know what they need/want). The store is newly renovated which gives it a wide open feel that matches other UPS stores. I love that they accept not only UPS but also USPS packages!”

“If you simply need to drop off a prepaid/pre-labeled UPS package and have a prescription to pick up or some other CVS items, this is definitely convenient.
Very easy, very fast. And as stated if have to stop here anyway, saves you an extra stop at UPS.
Although I have not done so, but my understanding is you can have UPS drop off packages for you here for little extra security, instead of leaving on a porch.”
“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”

I have never had good experience at the other locations like the one at this location. I have had very tough behaviors at various FedEx service centers but this one is good
