The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. “Brought in my 2015 Genesis Coupe to have some work done. Thought that I needed to replace the tie rods. Turns out the noise I was hearing was a bad sway link that needed to be replaced, and jam nuts needed to be tightened on my adjustable suspension. They know what they're doing and love cars as much as I do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are awesome with what they do!”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”

“I had a really good first experience taking my Jaguar XK to the Novi location. I’d been going elsewhere before, but came here for routine maintenance and to check on a concerning fluid leak. Johnny was great—he explained the diagnostic process clearly and called me with the results and options. Thankfully it wasn’t anything major.

“I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Oil change”
