Chase Bank is a long-standing financial institution where the staff is often described as great, professional, and outstanding in customer service, with an emphasis on kindness, patience, and communication. However, this high-traffic location frequently has operational issues, with ATMs often out of order leading to long lines. My interactions with staff have always been pleasant, but my biggest frustration is the parking lot! As much money Chase collects every month in fees from everybody, you should have more than enough funds to redo your parking lot! How many years has it been like that now? It’s time to step up and fix it!
