“Great store. Good selection. Good sale on yeti products. I bought lawn fertilizer. However, The young man at the counter was a definite disappointment. First he was not helpful to the elderly gentleman that was in front of me. He was asking questions about the item he was purchasing. The young man at the register had a standard answer. “Idon’t know anything about it” that’s what he said to me when I asked a question. I get it. It’s annoying. However, the store was not busy. He could have been nicer about his attitude. After ringing me up he never offered to help me carry my 60 pound bag of fertilizer to my car. Which I don’t expect, whatsoever. My son, would have done it. Just sayin. Another customer had previously asked to help me which I declined. Iam 60 years old and can handle it. There are carts as well. It’s just the point. Maybe someone else might need the help. Anyway, the store is nice.”
“Went in for some nuts and bolts and what not. Turns out ACE is the place with the helpful hardware folk!! Josh and James were super helpful and made my trip to ACE super easy.”
“Its pretty nice. Lots of cheap tools and bits. I liked it for simple stuff. the staff was...absent.. but other then that i would recommend the store if you are looking for something non critical for a low price.”

“Chris in the seasonal department was extremely kind, patient and professional. He helped us pick a sturdy outside storage container and was extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the different terrace gazebo options. We will be back to this location because of Chris!!”

“Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.”
“I drive right by the ghetto Harper Woods location to get to this one. Friendly and helpful staff and they always have what I need. The appliance guy spent easily over 20 minutes with my wife and I picking out a perfect dishwasher. Don't find that kind of service much anymore.”
“We had a leaky faucet in the bathtub and went there to get parts we needed to put back together. Todd really hooked us up and explained to us how to put back together. He even gave us tips for flushing system before installing new cartridge. Thanks so much and if we need plumbing supplies in future we will be back.”
