“When the power was out, I needed propane. DeRonne is one of the few places nearby that actually refills the tank and not just switches it out. Quick easy process at a fair price. Great to know.”
“Hector was absolutely amazing and truly saved our day! My mom and I were getting ready to go on a bike trip when we realized we had accidentally left our bike lock keys at home. We came into Ace Hardware hoping someone might be able to help us, and Hector went above and beyond. He helped us cut the bolt off our bikes so we could still go on our trip, and he did it completely free of charge.
He was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him. You could tell that Hector genuinely cared about helping us rather than just treating us like another customer. Thanks to him, our plans were saved and we were able to enjoy our bike trip after all.

“My family has been going to Reindel's since my grandparents built their Fraser house in 1958. I've stopped in over the decades, and it's always had a nice small town feel with experienced staff, as opposed to big warehouse stores where the staff are either inexperienced, busy, or just impossible to find. I can generally walk into Reindel's, tell the counter person what I'm looking for, and they'll help find the exact piece within a few minutes. It's usually a really quick trip to get a part for the house, jokingly, if they were slower, I might browse around and buy stuff I don't need. A+ for assistance with many projects thru the years!”

“Man where do I even start, they take care of you like family. Not only do they seem to have every part you need, even for older equipment. But the staff will go above and beyond to take care of you. They’ll do services that save me so much time and headache and didn’t even charge me. I can’t say thank you enough. They really treat you like family is the best way to explain it”
“Yesterday, 9-26, I went to Ace Hardware and let me tell you the customer service was top notch. All of my questions were answered without feeling rushed and everyone took out the time to give me personalized attention, even the cashier was excellent! I wish I had their names to review here. Hopefully corporate sees this.
Today, I returned to Ace and had a problem with something I bought from another store-then I met Steve. He not only helped me but went way above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed. He made me feel like such a valuable customer!

“I love the personalized service I get whenever I come to this hardware store. Nothing will ever be like the 'old-school' hardware store (I'm old), but this certainly comes close. I find that they stock all (or most) of the items the big box stores have. If they don't have something, usually one of the associates can find a substitute that will work...and you can ALWAYS find someone to help! Great place!”

“Stopped in to get my mower blades sharpened and other parts for my Simplicity mower. They had everything I needed. The guys at the counter were very friendly and helpful. They have a $4,000 blade sharpening rig and can do it a lot better than I can with my grinder at home. They had a good selection of blowers, trimmers, edgers, and mowers.”
