“First impressions mean everything to me, and my first experience at Skips was great. I’m not sure if I spoke with the owner or manager, but both employees were very nice and greeted me warmly. I explained that I had just bought a cash car and wasn’t feeling too confident about it because my heater had stopped working.
Instead of brushing me off or guessing, he told me to just keep a positive mindset and bring the car in so he could personally check it out. I appreciated that he didn’t try to take advantage of me or make me feel like just another number. The vibe I got was genuine—like he actually cared about making sure I was taken care of.
I wasn’t able to come back the next day, but I will definitely be back to have them check out and service my car. They seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they were kind and sweet. I really look forward to working with them.”
“Let me tell you about this place ? ❤️???‼️ I've been going here for years, for different cars. If I caught a nail-they plugged it, if my tires are too bad they got used nice treaded cheap tires.. Today I went in there with my 22' black Dodge Durango on my way home from work-I caught a nail. I got to the tire shop right before they closed-5:50p and they served me right away little after business hours.. Allstate Tire has exceptional service ???? Fast+Friendly people-in and out!!! “Does good work took a few extra days but I had to get my oil pan swapped out as well as a special gasket which I went and bought myself because I thought he was lieing when he said a oil pan gasket costs $60 but he wasn't joking it was $60 at autozone.great work at a great price beat every other shop by hundreds 2009 4.7 engine swap update 5 years later 2/2/2024 truck still going strong just sold it to get a new truck thanks again Yanni”
“I called RHD tire to get a quote on a couple new tires this morning, on the other line was a gentleman named Mike who despite my lack of knowledge on sizes of my tires and overall car stuff was patient and helpful on finding the right price and option for me. I arrived and was greeted kindly by the front desk, big plus for me! giving the fact I work in customer service also. I pulled my car into the shop and the guy who would ultimately put my new set on was genuinely concerned about my choice of only getting two new tires. The fact that they all needed to be fixed and I was on a very tight budget my choice would ultimately mess up the overall condition of my car that would be a lot more pricey to fix in the long run. It honestly came down to fact that they would rather lose 160 in a sale then to let me make that mistake and ruin my car. I was gunna hold off for another couple weeks until Mike had the idea of going with a lesser known brand for a hundred bucks more and putting on four brand new tires as a possible option for me. I was hesitant at first because when I say my budget was tight, I mean it was tight the holidays are a killer! I figured I could simply sell a guitar to be back on budget for a month and My family can drive safely when the snow comes. The reason I mention that part is because it didn't feel like a up sell or that they wanted me to spend more money, it felt like a knowledgeable solution to a very real problem I had and I'm so pleased the outcome here. Everyone said hello and every door I went through was held open, The actual job only took 30 minutes also! Great job guys!!!! Thank you!”

This location had the shortest wait time in the area out of all the tire places and different locations that I called (Friday, today)! I was out in about an hour when others were estimating 4-5 hour wait time and I didn't have an appointment either! Thank you guys for great service!”
