“I went to this place because it’s close to home and it had good reviews-well the reviews are correct-K. C. Helped me. He was so nice and patient with me (I was a little upset cause I had a flat and in a hurry) he showed me my rim was bent! He filled my tire with air and I told him I’d be back for the repair-so I went back first thing this morning and he fixed it and he checked another wheel and it turned out that rim was bent also! (Pot holes ?) so I highly recommend U. S. Wheel and tire to everyone who has wheel and tire issues! Thanks guys. You have my business! Keep being awesome!”

“Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.”

He was very detailed with explaining to me the process of a Volvo and he had to take the entire dash board apart to get the broken key fob out of the ignition. “I never knew there was such a thing as drive-thru Tire service... Allstate Tire is the bomb! I pulled in off 9 Mile road, the guys immediately grabbed the two wheels out of the back of my pickup, changed the valve stems, air them up, and put them back in my truck. A young lady then came out of the office with a remote debit card reader and asked me for $20. It was such a pleasant and painless experience I had her make it $25. I pulled right on through out the back of the building and on my way and never got out of my truck once!7 minutes!You can't beat this place!”

“I came in for front brakes and rotors. I also had an engine light on that another mechanic told me the code was reading that I needed a new catalytic converter. The catalytic converter repair at minimum would have been $1,500. I also asked Mike to check my AC and recharge it if need be. He told me the cost to have my AC recharged. He kept in contact as he went through each repair. He informed me that the code for the engine was a recall with Chevy and that I needed to take it to the dealership, and also told me that my AC was fine and that I did not need to have it recharged. I appreciate the honesty as a woman taking a car into a mechanic shop by myself. He was honest, respectful, timely, and very professional!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.
