“Called to see first if they had any Saturday appointments available, none worked for my availability. Asked if they were available that day and they were able to fit me in! They even called me before my appointment time and got me in an hour earlier which was great! Quoted fairly, paid as quoted. They were very respectful and kind when I walked in. Shop looked very professional and clean. They did an excellent job on my front two windows matching the factory tint on the rear windows. The best part… they got me in and out within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend! VERY professional.”
“I had my Explorer’s front end repaired at Cass Collision after an accident in 2023, and they did a phenomenal job. Nearly two years later, an issue arose with my transmission cooler due to a long screw from the original repair. Cass took full ownership, covered the inspection fee, towed my vehicle back, and even worked with my old insurance to get me a rental—covering the overage themselves. “Local, trustworthy, honest and professional! Very hard to find an honest shop these days and Romeo Auto Class is top notch. Wife took her truck in to get a chip fixed and instead of telling her it was going to be $139 for the repair like Safe Lite, they informed her that it wasn’t actually deep enough to spread but they would fill it in and smooth it out free of charge. Couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service provided and will drive the extra miles for that type of service. Highly recommended!”
“The team at National Auto Glass in Rochester Hills were seriously too easy to deal with. Glass is always such a PITA to deal with. With National Auto Glass they made this so simple. They were about 50% less on cost than any Safelight first off, but more importantly they truly cared to take care of the customer. I will be sending anyone I know to National Auto Glass in the future. If you go elsewhere you are throwing your money away and going to have whack customer service!!

“Don’t think there’s a collision shop out there that’s covered by your car insurance that comes even close to Lakeside on 23 mile. Fixed my 2015 Dodge Challenger- serious hit in the drivers side. Almost totaled. I’m very familiar the doing body work and painting cars and know when things are done right, and Lakeside Collision in Shelby did a great job. Twice as good as the next best shop in my 45 yrs of experience. Between me, my family and all my friends, looking at the work they had done, no shop compares. Not even close. Been to many dealers, major chains, and highly rated independent shops. Lakeside on 23 leaves them in the dust.
They fought with the insurance company and used all new factory panels on my car- factory not aftermarket , epoxy primers to reduce potential for future rust , etc. They were very diligent about the frame and body straightening too.
Constant communication so you know the status every few days by email, and they call you call when a major update is needed. What you expect from a quality job. They may take a little longer that others, but that’s the price of quality work.”
“They finished the work on my truck so fast and when I went to pick up my truck, it looked like it was brand new again. You would never know it had anybody damage. Customer service was great and my truck was given back to me cleaner than I left it. I can’t say enough good things about this Gerber location.”
“Brought our car in on Friday because of a screw in the tire. They couldn’t patch it, so we needed a new tire. They didn’t have one in stock right away, but got one Saturday morning and called us right away. Great turnaround time, great communication, and great staff. “I called Friday afternoon for a chip in my windshield. Safelite got me in Saturday morning at 8:30 and filled the chip and put new wipers on my truck in 30 minutes. Staff was super friendly from the phone call all the way to the service. My 3rd time using this location in a year. I will keep using them.”

“I took my jeep in to get 2 front tires and a alignment, the car had been there since 8 am they did not take it in till 7:30 at night , when I left at 810 that night. Driving home it did not feel right, when I got home I found they had taken my good tires off the back and left the bald ones on the front. When I went back the next day , Mike said our bad , and they would put my tires back on right away , after a 1.5 hours I looked out side to see the jeep in the parking lot, of course no one told me it was done , so then when I got in the car the low air indicator was on , so I went back to tell them and they said so had to drive it and it will reset. Of course it never did I went to Discount tire and both front tires were low. The end result is I will never back to bell tire and I share my horrible experience with all my friends”
