Not enough staff to wait on customers. Not helpful. Tried to find out where my replacement card was and I was told go on the app. Cmon how is that service?

This branch will not help you if what you need will take a little bit of time which will keep them after they close. They will tell you we close at 5pm and this process takes long and will put us over our closing time. Horrible customer service.

Finally closed my account. Have had Chase since I was in high school and have never been treated like I matter like the other banks do. Also have never benefited from having Chase. No extra cash back, points, freebies. Will be more satisfied going elsewhere.
