“Issues are resolved ... but I had a few issues at this PNC bank branch. My debit card number was stolen and was being used fraudulently, and it took a few visits to the bank and phone calls to their 800 number to stop the card from being used and to restore my funds. Then I had received poor customer service inside the branch on my last visit to close my account. PNC customer service did call me to me to make things right, and I appreciate that effort. They resolved my issues in the phone call and apologized for my poor experience a their branch. (I have not been able to confirm whether it is possible to freeze a debit card from PNC's app if the card is lost or stolen yet, but their customer service agent assured me it is there now.) I'm giving them 4-stars for their efforts to make things right, and for taking my poor experience seriously. My issues resulting from the original fraudulent charges are resolved now, and it seems that they value good customer service.”
