“Issues are resolved ... but I had a few issues at this PNC bank branch. My debit card number was stolen and was being used fraudulently, and it took a few visits to the bank and phone calls to their 800 number to stop the card from being used and to restore my funds. Then I had received poor customer service inside the branch on my last visit to close my account. PNC customer service did call me to me to make things right, and I appreciate that effort. They resolved my issues in the phone call and apologized for my poor experience a their branch. (I have not been able to confirm whether it is possible to freeze a debit card from PNC's app if the card is lost or stolen yet, but their customer service agent assured me it is there now.) I'm giving them 4-stars for their efforts to make things right, and for taking my poor experience seriously. My issues resulting from the original fraudulent charges are resolved now, and it seems that they value good customer service.”

“Love this Chase Bank and I wish I still lived near it. This Chase is right by my mom's house. I started out with this Chase, always coming here with my sisters. They are so welcoming and they remember people a lot. When my sister came in, they would ask about how things went and I was impressed. I always love going into the bank. I never really like going to the drive-through. I love how clean and quiet everything is inside. Sometimes you need the quick ATM though, and it is convenient here. It took us less than a minute, which was grest. It is also great for parents with young kids. Every time I go in here, they fill out forms for me. They write everything out because it is faster for them and me, and I love when they do it. Writing it myself is a bit stressful to be honest because I am so new to it. My favorite part is taking a sucker and not caring if I look like a kid.”
