“The lady helping us was great. I didn't get her name but the receipt says SHJ. I went to get a linen suit tailored that I bought off Amazon. It was.. well. Amazon quality. Thin material. She helped me notice that the pants were a bit see through before it was too late. And that with the price of all the tailoring I had to do on top of the price of the Amazon suit, I could have just bought a new suit made of better quality material. So I did, and I'm glad I did. It was much nicer and fit great right off the bat. She threw in the pant adjustment with the suit. She was done in twenty minutes. She was very friendly and helpful. And now I look great, and not like I cheaped out with an amazon suit. Thank you!!”

“Went to Oakley store at Great Lakes Mall. Rachel and Amy were extremely helpful in selecting prescription sunglasses. There was a lot of options and variety of frames. Not all glasses would work with my prescription. They got me in the frames I wanted and for the best price. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Oakley products.”

“I haven't been to kohl's in a long time. I was looking for a particular item, couldn't find it. also couldn't find anyone to ask. That was a little frustrating. Also discovered that they took out all the price scanners. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes because they only had 2 registers open and the customers had some type of issues other than just a simple purchase. This is why I dont go often.”

We had one salesman, think my son was stealing cause he's wearing a backbrace, the other one's didn't want to take the time of day cause there were 3 younger men with me and we weren't dressed to impress. We were coming to buy suits. We were casual, but jose deserves a raise.He went above and beyond and made sure we got what we were looking for. Some people do their job because they love it. Some people do it because it's a paycheck. Jose never seemed concerned about what his commission was going to be, he was more concerned about if his staff was going to help and making sure that we were taken care of. When you spend $2000 on 4 suits, it's supposed to be an experience with your boys, not a dread. Thank you, jose, for making it the best It could possibly be💯”
“I took my nine-year-old daughter jeans shopping here for the first time here last week, and the shopping experience was truly life-changing for my daughter and I . My daughter absolutely hates shopping, let alone trying on jeans and I had no idea what size she was in because this was the first year, she actually wants to wear jeans to school. When we first walked to the fitting rooms, we were greeted by Laura and lili, and they got us in a dressing room immediately and of course, the jeans I picked up for my daughter or the wrong size. I expressed to Laura and lili that I might have another five minutes of my daughter trying on jeans before she has an emotional breakdown since she hates shopping. Without a hesitation, Lily asked if it would be OK if she and Laura could help, and take my daughter shopping throughout the store to see what she likes. Between Laura and lili, my daughter tried on at least 10 pairs of jeans, without any tears and arguments with me 😂 they made the whole shopping experience fun, and truly made a difference for my family and I.”

“Yesterday I was shopping for a dress for a wedding in Lapeer. They had what I wanted by not my size so I called this Kohl's in Lake Orion on Baldwin. A wonderful young lady who told me her name was Stephanie took all of the information that she needed from me about the dress and went in search for the exact dress and she came back to the phone and told me that YES...she found one in my size!! I told her thank you sooo much for ALL of your help and that she made my day!! It was so nice of her to take the time to help me. I picked up the dress today and it's beautiful!! “Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!”
