“Best place I've taken my car to. Hit a deer. Car was done before estimated date, looked perfect, customer service is spectacular, Fred in particular. Was updated regularly through the whole process. Great that there was so little paperwork and was able to submit documents by email as it's hard for me to answer the phone between 9-5. Wasn't expecting a super convenient and easy process since this was an insurance claim but it was. Highly recommend. 👍”
“I had a great experience at this collision shop after my Jeep needed repairs on my headlight and front bumper. Alec, Kyle, and Rob were all fantastic—professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. My Jeep looks as good as new, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!”
“Leased a 2025 Ram, the sales person Aws was professional, polite and very very helpful. We ran out of time and the finance department had to go home so they finished up everything the next morning and delivered the truck to my daughter's office detailed with a full tank of gas.
Thank you so much for the great experience and for having a great, dedicated sales person.
Thank you again Aws you are awesome.”

“I had an incredibly positive experience with this towing company and can’t recommend them enough. I found myself stuck in a really difficult situation—my car was trapped in extremely wet grass near the lake approximately 175 ft from pavement and I wasn’t sure anybody was going to be able to help.
Jeff from J&J Towing didn’t hesitate. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation with confidence, and got straight to work. He was not only highly skilled, but also respectful, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me out. What really stood out was his determination to get my car safely out without causing any damage. He could have taken advantage of the situation but did the job at a fair price.
Thanks to his expertise and professionalism, what could have been a very stressful ordeal turned into a smooth and positive experience. If you’re ever in a tough spot and need reliable help, this is the company to call.”
“Awesome job on my Kia Forte! Nice people. Very informative. I can’t say enough good things about them. Car was cleaned inside and out after body work repairs. Thanks again!”

“Called for help with a flat. I did not catch the gentleman’s name that showed up but he got to me within 25 minutes, when dispatch had told me 30-40 minutes. My spare wound up flat. He did not have an air tank with him so he took it to air it up, returned to change it within 15 minutes, & had me on my way quickly. I am not from the area but highly recommend and would call again if I had issues in the future. Fast, professional, and most importantly got me to my destination, which was my kids field trip. Thank you so much, Metro Towing. Services are greatly appreciated & service/attitude/kindness was above & beyond.”

“I waited 2.5 hours for my insurance company to never send anyone. I called them. The dispatch told me 45 mins to an hour he was there in 25 mins. Let me sit in his truck until my ride got there and dropped my car off and keys to the belle tire near by. Super thankful for these guys”

“I love this guy! Best shops out there! Ignore the people that want to give 1 star rating that don’t know anything or how to run a business or the cost doing so. Don’t be a troll to this guy business!! Love this guys pod cast!”
“Someone else mentioned this in the reviews, and they were spot on. This is the friendliest tow company I have ever dealt with. The woman on the phone and the tow driver were very pleasant to deal with. The driver went out of his way to try and get my truck running enough for me to drive it next door to the dealership instead of towing it. Ended up having to tow it, and it was the cheapest tow bill I've ever seen. Highly recommended!”

“I was very impressed with their speed and professionalism. This is rare from a towing company so I decided to write a review. Looks like they don't need my help. I am happy to be the 100th five star review for these guys.”
