“Brought in my 2015 Genesis Coupe to have some work done. Thought that I needed to replace the tie rods. Turns out the noise I was hearing was a bad sway link that needed to be replaced, and jam nuts needed to be tightened on my adjustable suspension. They know what they're doing and love cars as much as I do. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are awesome with what they do!”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”

“All of the guys are personable, honest, and know their jobs. They are my go to for the car I love. They are top notch. They know you by name and the service you need is explained by exhausted parts that they show you needs to be replaced. The waiting room is fully stocked for free, drinks, snacks and they have gorgeous flowers out front. Best in Waterford. You can be in and out for a complete oil change. They are well above the Dixie Strip. Stop at Gerry's first, get your quote. I am sure you will get the best price and honest work which is hard to find these days. Thanks guys. “Old Style Service You Don't See Anymore! We got a flat tire on the interstate right by Morgan's. We were in the area visiting friends, and didn't know where to go. The two Belle Tires in the area said they didn't have time for a quick tire patch. I called Morgan's, and they said they'd take care of it right away. Not ten minutes and we were headed back out to put the tire back on!”

“I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Oil change”
“Bob might be one of the most honest and genuine mechanics I've ever met, which is why I continue to bring my car back to him whenever it needs work. I learn something every time I go, as he will often show me the exact part he removed from my car and demonstrate where the problems were and what he replaced/repaired. Prices for labor and parts are very reasonable, and probably the best price you'll get for the level of care you receive here. He will never push you to get work done that you didn't ask for, but will keep a watchful eye out for potential future problems. Turnaround time is often very quick too. Highly recommend! Its hard to find mechanics you can really trust!”

Exceptional customer service, every time I have visited the place. Great prices and relatively fast work. Brought in one of my cars once for a leaky tire, and they repaired it free. Recently had to have 2 tires replaced because the tread was too worn out. Dropped it off without an appointment and they had it done in only couple of hours. Times may vary, because they can get really busy. Orchard and Maple place is a busy intersection.
The only con to this place in my opinion, is that the parking is a bit tight. Sometimes it can get really hard to find a spot.
Otherwise, very satisfied with their work. 10/10 will have my business again.”
