“Wow where do I begin?. I moved to Michigan (Metro Detroit Area) from Virginia Beach ⛱️, Virginia in 2001. Everyone experiences repair shops that just dont make the cut; either they are overly expensive or they are overly expensive and deliver poor service.
I have been taking my vehicles to Awada's Tire & Automotive Service for approximately 15 Years. Service is ALWAYS excellent. Sam and his team are knowledgeable experienced Master Automotive Technicians. I trust them and I trust their work. Their prices are reasonable; that said, price is never a factor providing the service done properly. Technicians are GOOD MEN and I look forward telling a few jokes??? and listening to a few jokes??? EVERYTIME I visit Awada's Tire. Awada worked on my sons car today; catalytic converter installed. In at 9am out before 12 noon...????????❤️.”

“Zac is honest, trustworthy & overall an awesome human.
Example: I called and said that can you check my oil and he said sure come up I'm here another 20 minutes, I get there to find out all the oil had leaked out of my Jeep, he brought me to The back to show me where all the oil had leaked out of, explain what I would need, how much would it cost & how long it would take to repair.
The cheap plastic housing that the oil filter and oil sit in had cracked. ( thus the leak)

“I am leasing a 2024 Ford Ranger and since the first day (19 months ago), there has been a nail in the back tire (driver side) with very little air loss (put air in maybe 2-3 times in that time). Anyway, took it to half a dozen shops and all said, cant be fixed since it's embedded on the edge of the tread and side wall. I finally said screw it and will live with it. A few months later I had some time and stopped by Lobos (no prior experience with them). I asked if they had a used tire that they could put on? The manager looked at his tires and said yes, but its not the same brand...I said, it needs to be Goodyear Wangler. Anyway, I inquired what a new tire would cost? He looked it up and said $200 installed. I started to ordered it while explaining my story. He said, let's go look at it. He checked it out and said, that's not a problem and we can patch it (no plug but a patch from the inside). I said, 'let's do it' and 45 minutes later, I paid $30 and was on my way...great place and will take all my tire issues to Lobo Tires.”

“I was driving into work pulling into the Michigan assembly plant parking lot and my Explorer ST gave me a low tire pressure warning. Called Blackwell, no answer, called Bill Brown Quick Lane, no availability until the 20th.
Those are my usual dealers however, I wanted to get this tire patched immediately. I called Jack Demmer Quick Lane they told me bring it right in and they'll patch it. I usually tend to be pretty weary of trying a new service shop especially with the nature of how easily black wheels scratch and show damage. But the shop had the tire patched in an hour, and my wheel came looking as good as it did at drop off”

“Yesterday, I was on my way to an appointment. As I was approaching Newburgh at Michigan Avenue, the tire pressure light came on. One tire was down to 25psi! It was a split second decision to pull into Demmer's Quick Lane center. I'm so glad I did. They were able to check it out immediately and found a nail firmly embedded in the tire. It was removed and patched taking all of ten minutes. I am so thankful for their ability to remedy the situation so quickly. It is very unusual for a Ford Quick Lane Center to take care of an issue so fast. Credit to my service advisor, Kyle, for taking care of things. I made it to my appointment only a few minutes late. Much appreciation to Demmer Ford Quick Lane Center!”
