βTony and the guys here are great. This is the opposite of the classic disgruntled/grumpy/dirty mechanic shop where you're made to feel kinda dumb for not understanding everything or asking about prices.
Not here. First off to book an appointment is a breeze, and precise. When you leave your car there with a problem, you get a text/email with a link that takes you to a full run-down of their diagnosis with 'accept/approve' and 'deny/pass' options with pricing for each item; no hidden nonsense. As a business owner I know that took an investment in tech, and I'm sure its paid off for these guys. Second, you're greeted respectfully and given a run down of the work allowing you to ask any questions; even price breakdown, without getting an attitude. Lastly, though the building is small, they offer you coffee/water, few places to sit, and chat if you want to wait for a simpler service (oil change, etc.).β
βThey changed my oil and they also offered me water which was really nice and they were really nice to me and I think I'll come back to that same place to get my oil changed again!β
βAnother wonderful experience with my mechanics and team at Warren Sheldon Mobile Repair. Brendan sat down and explained the problem and was very positive explaining options. Went above and beyond in working with how to best approach what needed to be done on our budget. I have not enough words to say how grateful I am for a trustworthy team especially these days when for me it's difficult to trust what I hear about anything. My son is so relieved and thrilled by the difference in the car after your work. I thank all of you for your work, favor, and integrity. ?God truly bless all your efforts each day.β

βI took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.β

βAwesome place. Took about an hour for them to do the inspection and give me a call. Then a few hours later they were done with all the work. The guy I talked to was nice and professional. I'll be going back in the future. And the lifetime insurance on brake pads and struts is nice as well.β
βThese guys are great! As a woman who doesnβt know a lot about car stuff, they didnβt try to upsell me and kept me very involved with the process. I will be making myself a regular here!β

βI've been to most of the varieties of mechanics. The ones that have zero personal skills but are car wizards, the ones that have flashy showroom/waiting room that you just know you are paying for in the end, the ones that are great with repairs at an unbeatable price but they can't get you in for 2 weeks.... I Do my own work 80% of the time. What I'm getting at is I sorta know what's out there

βMy husband and I have been taken our cars here for years for our oil changes. So it was natural to take my parent's jeep here when it was starting to leak oil. My parents would use a different place in canton. After the wonderful service both my mom and I received was way beyond expectations!! I will tell everyone to take their cars here. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!β
βVery nice gas station. They have everything! They also have a pizza place and a chicken place. Beer, wine, liquor, snacks, hot and cold be beverages. Great place.β

βhad them do a clutch kit, fuel pump, and an exhaust leak which turned out to the the flex pipe. 500 miles later the truck is running, driving, shifting, and sounding good. honest guys there and timely work. they do good business and took good care of my truck. would recommend 5/5β

βI had the best experience at Kia of Canton. When I first walked in I was approached by AJ he made sure to get someone to help me right away. Joshua helped me find the car I wanted. I was really nervous because this was my first time getting a car from the dealership but Joshua really made the process simple. He was also very patient with me and answered all my questions. I was able to get my new car in no time. I would also like to shout out Donovan in finance who helped me out! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. βBest oil change ever! Did not try to sell me anything other than the oil change I asked for. Brought me a cold water and even greased the door hinges which has never happened before. Encouraged me to come back by anytime to top of fluids and have my tire pressure checked. Mile the manager could not have been more friendly!β

βDidnβt get a car or receive auto repair services from him but I stalled out in his parking lot from bein low on coolant he told me what to do in a way that was through and easy to understand of how to start the car up again what the problem was and how to fix it saved me havin to have the car towed Mac is more than just a great human being he is an angel!β
