βWords can not express how happy I am to have a "true" and "valued" True Value near me. I have a couple of other locations closer. But this shop takes the cake. Screen Doors done in house and a commitment to understanding what thier customers need and not looking to over sell what they don't need.
Randy is amazing and totally helped me with a mini project. My idea would of cost be a bunch in parts and have me doing a bunch of labor and not sure I could of even done it.
Randy's idea was about 10$ out the door. Customer for life.

I supplement my work trucks with propane heaters during the winter months and these guys never complain, even on the coldest days. Hats off fellas.β

βI typically go to the Ace on Ecorse Rd. as itβs closer to our house, but after realizing they didnβt carry an item I was looking for, I had to run to the one on Eureka. What a difference in customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and asked if they could help find anything. They knew just what I was looking for, and exactly where it was located in the store. While browsing for another item, another staff member rushed over to help and took the time to help locate a specific screw I needed. A+ service and extremely friendly. This will be my go to store moving forward!β

βThe Harbor Freight Team are the greatest... super friendly and helpful and hard working. If you've never been, you really have to go. You'll be hooked. HF is like a toy store for young-at-heart DIY'rs, and the prices are the best.β
βIf what you need is a TOOL, this place beats Home Depot or Lowe's in terms of price and you don't have to navigate a big store. Like Ace in that regard, but more focused in terms of product selection.β

βSky Works is amazing. Donβt waste your time dealing with Home Depot. I went their first and it was a complete dumpster fire. The woman at the desk basically begged me not to rent the skid steer they had because she didn't know how to rent it out. Sky Works was the opposite. The guys are complete professionals. They loaded me up in 5 minutes and taught me how to use the machine. It was cheaper than the Depot too. My dad flipped the skid steer over and they sent out a mechanic to fix it and they didnt give me a hard time or even charge me. Thank you guys, you made a seemingly impossible project get done.β
βHarbor Freight is a Man Man's store. This store shoots my testosterone level up every time I go in there. Whether you need a tool for your car or a home project Harbor Freight is the spot. The prices here can not be beaten and if you do find a price that will beat theirs then be very careful of the quality of the product you are paying for.β
βI went to purchase a flex gasoline for my heater. They directed me to the ailse ;and explain to me and, reassure myself about the connection on each end of the gasoline which was very helpful.β

βWoodcraft is a great place to feed your woodworking hobby.Once in a while they do the SawStop demonstration, don't miss it. It's much louder than you can imagine.Don't miss the back room with all the different species of wood; it smells great.They might be the only TransTint due dealer on this side of town.Highly recommended.β

βMy husband is a retired carpenter who has spent a great deal of time over the years in various Home Depot locations. We purchased some treated lumber for a deck repair at the Plymouth store today. Without hesitation, a friendly and very helpful employee named Steve Jones stepped up to help us with lumber that has become heavier and more cumbersome for my husband to handle these days. It brightened our day to know that there are people like Steve who provide exemplary customer "service".β
βKinda dated stock, but super helpful employees.
Lots of BBQ grilling and fireplace stuff.
They have many drawers of all the little nuts bolts and fittings a household needs; including Metric.
Some of the stock is a little shopworn, but that also means that some of it is USA made.
Staff is knowledgeable on many repairs.
