“I’m so glad I came to this location. Gina (spell check?) helped me find the perfect size Bra and I’m so happy because I really needed one that fit me properly!! She was sooo sweet, I think she saw the “I need help, idk what I’m doing” look on my face and she immediately walked straight up and bounced into action for me! She was so sweet, she sized me, we picked out a couple sizes but I tried the one we were most confident with on first and it was the perfect fit! I’ve never had a bra fit so well before!! “Second time I've been here.. as neat as the car were. It was the people I got to talk with that were the high light for me.. there was Bill that I met in there, and he was really a pleasure to talk to.. we were just chatting and some of the things he told me gave character to the cars. That was better than the cars. It gave the cars a soul rather than just metal. Susan's mechanic was in there working on a few things.. it was great to hear him talk about some of the work he'd done on some of the cars because it made the cars real. I'm a mechanic, and it made the cars easier to see for the craftsmanship he'd put into them. The lady at the register told me about a few of her days ..she was a delight.”

They talked to him about what he was looking for, understood how important it was for him, and although they did not have it in stock at the time he was there – took our phone number & called us when they did. And when he went back to buy it, made sure he had a pretty gift bag. He was nervous about visiting a women’s boutique, but they made it a great experience. He wanted me to thank Birch Wood for helping him become someone who can give really good gifts.”

They are available per special order. Didn't ask if the cost would be more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Regarding the fitting room, a chair was offered to my husband. He was seated in the center of the fitting rooms. No doors, just curtains.”
