“The lady helping us was great. I didn't get her name but the receipt says SHJ. I went to get a linen suit tailored that I bought off Amazon. It was.. well. Amazon quality. Thin material. She helped me notice that the pants were a bit see through before it was too late. And that with the price of all the tailoring I had to do on top of the price of the Amazon suit, I could have just bought a new suit made of better quality material. So I did, and I'm glad I did. It was much nicer and fit great right off the bat. She threw in the pant adjustment with the suit. She was done in twenty minutes. She was very friendly and helpful. And now I look great, and not like I cheaped out with an amazon suit. Thank you!!”

“Went to Oakley store at Great Lakes Mall. Rachel and Amy were extremely helpful in selecting prescription sunglasses. There was a lot of options and variety of frames. Not all glasses would work with my prescription. They got me in the frames I wanted and for the best price. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Oakley products.”

“Best retail clothing experience I’ve ever had and it’s all thanks to Angel! I came in to return a pair of jeans that I ordered online and didn’t fit and Angel greeted me with a big smile and offered to help me out, so I decided to try on some jeans to potentially swap with during my return. I didn’t expect to find anything good since my height and leg size have made it impossible to find cute yet comfy jeans, but she helped me out tremendously and knew exactly what I wanted. I ended up trying on a handful and left with not just one but two pairs and they are the best fitting ones I’ve ever owned?She was definitely the most helpful clothing retail employee I’ve ever encountered! ??”
“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

We had one salesman, think my son was stealing cause he's wearing a backbrace, the other one's didn't want to take the time of day cause there were 3 younger men with me and we weren't dressed to impress. We were coming to buy suits. We were casual, but jose deserves a raise.He went above and beyond and made sure we got what we were looking for. Some people do their job because they love it. Some people do it because it's a paycheck. Jose never seemed concerned about what his commission was going to be, he was more concerned about if his staff was going to help and making sure that we were taken care of. “I used this location a bit when I worked in Novi for over a decade. They have convenient Amazon returns at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is always some kind of sale going on here. Only complaint is that the coupons you get for the store for making a return have almost never actually worked on a product that I bought at the same visit. Plenty of free parking here.”

Pants are always tricky for me, and just when I was a bit discouraged about what I had been finding, she pointed me in the right direction, and found me suits that worked perfectly! Thank you!”

“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
