It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
