“Note this location is no longer called Villa. Looks exactly the same inside.. Same stuff. Not much of a selection for women which is why i gave 4 stars. Caters to men and kids. Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked. UPDATE:
BEEN TWICE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. SERVICE SUCKS. TEENAGE STAff STAND AROUND GOSSIPING DONT OFFER TO HELP I HAD TO GRAB THE SHOES I WANTED AND GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET THEM. I SPENT OVER 200 BUCKS. LIKE THE STORE BUT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. NO ONE GREETED ME OR CAME TO SEE IF I WANTED ANYTHING. TOO MUCH GOSSIPING, 3 GIRL STAFF STOOD NEXT TO US GABBING AND SAID NOTHING TO US BUT ACTED IRRITATED WE INTERRUPTED THEM TO BUY SHOES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. WENT BACK NEXT WEEK TO GET THE DUNKS I WANTED AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR YOUNG MAN WORKING AND TAKE THE SHOES OFF THE WALL TO HIM TO GET THEM. DO BETTER.”
“I’m so happy that I came across a Facebook reel of your boutique. I was looking for a basic black one piece swimsuit and I hadn’t found one yet. I went to your website typed in swimsuit in your search bar and found one that I liked. I ordered it, not sure if it would work for me but it’s really cute eye and a nice fit. “My family and I have been Fleet Feet customers since they first opened in the area several years ago. We love their equipment that measures your foot length, width and arch. The results are very helpful to determine what brand and styles of shoe will best fit your feet. I have been to Fleet Feet stores all over Michigan as well as several states out west. The staff is always concerned about getting you into the best shoes for your needs. The last few years, as I age, I’ve had quite a bit of feet trouble. I’d like to commend Miriam, at the West Bloomfield, MI, Fleet Feet store for her extraordinary service and patience when helping customers with complicated problems like me. She assisted me two times for roughly 2 hours each. Miriam was so patient each time, helping me try on different inserts, heel cups for plantar fasciitis, and different brands of shoes. She really cares about her customers’ comfort. Fleet Feet is very fortunate to have her on their staff!”

“My husband has been wanting a pair of Red Wing Boots forever but was unsure about spending the money. But when we came to the store Steve was extremely helpful and made it very obvious that they are here to make sure the customer is happy with the product, not just to make a dollar. So we had him order a pair for us because they didn’t have the exact fit in store. Came to pick them up and Jordan helped us by explaining how to care for them and answered all of my husband’s questions. Overall a great experience and we love the customer service!”

“Best kept secret - I am amazed when I talk about how awesome this store is.. and that there are STILL people out there who haven't been here yet!! Brand new high end clothing with tags still on them at 75% off!! I buy my shoes here, my dress shirts, Paige jeans, cashmere jackets, even a few designer hats and cool men's swag like bracelets and cuff-lings. Sometimes I browse ahead of time online, sometimes just better than going to Cosco - always come home with more than I expected. Russ and Stephen are great guys and they know their fashion too helping me pair stuff that looks good together. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!”

“A+ to the Birmingham Michigan store. The gentleman took our five pairs of shoes that we purchased online , Black Friday, and processed the return and properly fitted us for what we actually needed. Charged the same lettuce that we paid during the sale. Excellent service, made us feel at ease. Not many places nowadays can this be said about. If we have any problems with fitment he said just come back and they will fix it.”

“Kathy was very friendly as soon as we walked into the store. My cousin was shopping for a pair of dress shoes to go with his suit, and she took the time to ask a few questions to understand exactly what he was looking for. She showed him several great options and quickly found the right size.
What really stood out was how professional and attentive she was while helping multiple customers at once. She made everyone feel acknowledged without sacrificing the quality of her service.
I wasn't even shopping for myself, but thanks to Kathy, I walked out with a purse and two pairs of sandals! She made the experience enjoyable without being pushy and had a great eye for helping customers find items they loved.

“Had a phenomenal experience earlier this week with the assistant manager Emily at the Somerset Madewell location. Emily was friendly, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond while processing my return. She even checked inventory on a hard to get item (the Sophie top) that I was looking for and called multiple stores in order to secure the size and color for me. Emily updated the database to the other store could process my charge send easily and made the entire process utterly seamless.
I’ll be honest, I usually shop online, but I can tell you that without question, I will be returning to shop with Emily. Seeing how awesome she was when handling a return, I just know I’ll have a blast shopping at this location.
One more thing - I called the store to thank Emily for her outstanding service shortly after I left. Her response “well working for a company that encourages and empowers us to do what’s right…” - excuse me?! Give this girl a promotion! She is such an outstanding ambassador for your brand!”

“I was there 5/16/2026 on a Saturday afternoon. I just want to commend the woman whose name I sadly didn’t get for her honesty.
She could have just dispassionately sold me the 2 shirts and belt I picked out but she engaged us in conversation and told me about how the type shirts I had selected fit more slim than the other kind they sell and offered to let me try them on. They didn’t fit and I left after buying only the belt but armed with new knowledge!
