Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked.”

“There are not enough word to describe how amazing the employees at this shop are. Every time I’m in the shop I feel so very welcomed and I feel like I can ask any questions I need. “It’s been a few years since I have refreshed my wardrobe, and I heard about this store through Facebook. After messaging Erik a few times, I let him know what I was looking for and when I was coming in. He already had many outfits picked out for me, in my size, ready to try on! I arrived at the store with my daughter (almost 3), and I let him know that she will be shopping with me. My daughter and his dog Kylie quickly become best friends, he had on some fun music for us, and when we were looking around the store, all the items we were looking at were already picked out in the dressing room. I’m looking forward to shopping here again.”

The staff are knowledgeable about all shoe companies and don't pigeon-hole you into just trying one brand like some other stores do. They provide reasoning for why a shoe could be the best for you, but at the end of the day leave it up to each runner to pick what fits best. “We have never shopped here before this week but had a great experience and found excellent items. Despite being a smaller store, they have a lot of product. Really great shoes, shirts with contrasting cuffs and blazers. We ended up with 6 pairs of shoes because they were comfortable (some even had a memory foam insole), stylish and were very fairly priced. The range of customers while we were there was very diverse. Some beautiful Italian shoes too. Best of all was the phenomenal service that we received!”

“Within 4 days of wearing new orthopedic shoes, the heels on one one pair had worn to the base of the heel, so I took that pair and two others to Tony's shop. He had time that day to add heel protectors to all 3 pair as I waited. Few shoe soles or heels are rubber now, so they wear down quickly! If you don't protect the heels (or sometimes the toe area), you end up pitching them into the garbage even when the rest of the shoe is fine. I have found it is best to have a shoe repair shop add these small rubber protectors right after you purchase the shoes. This will keep them in good condition for a long time. Tony and his wife give helpful advice and stock a number of shoe polishes or creams that also help to preserve your shoes. If the shoes are comfortable, they are worth protecting! I'm glad I found this little shop that this nice couple has run for in the same place on Dixie Hwy. for 40 years!”

“After a long day of shopping dealing with the the worst customer service ever at every other store, I went to. I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size.
