“Hope was outstanding!!! She helped us set up a new iPhone and add an Apple account to my husband’s phone. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was so patient with us and with each customer that came in the store. She was in the store alone and juggled each customer with respect and kindness!! Great job, Hope!!”

“Asher was extremely helpful, extremely bubbly & nice, extremely informative & was a great sales associate! We had a problem with our phones that couldn't be fixed & Asher was very happy to show us other options in the phones that was in the store. Asher was very knowledgeable & helped get the phones set up & everything transferred from the old phone to the new phone with ease! Asher really seems to be an all around genuinely nice person. We will definately be back @ this West Branch Verizon store for any other needs!”
