“I was over the moon with my visit at Famous Footwear in West Branch. In April, I fell and broke the bottom portion of my Femur and shattered my knee, so needless to say, I still have trouble walking. I called the store and talked to a very nice lady and explained what was going on and if there was anyway she could gather what I was looking for in my size and I'd come in the next day. She said yes, I found out the next day she was the store manager.I went in the next day, and I sat on a bench,and she brought everything to me. I bought tennis shoes, slippers and snow boots. Michelle was very nice, she assisted me in between other customers. I wasn't going anywhere. Definitely recommend a visit next time you're in West Branch. 5⭐️”
