“I had an appointment with Luna and she was wonderful with assisting me in setting up a business account with them. She wished me many blessings for my LLC and if I needed anything, to stop back in and talk to her.
Both Nicole and another teller acknowledged me when I came in and thanked me for my patience. I only had to wait 5 minutes for Luna to finish up with an elderly customer, which I don’t mind. Be advised that this branch is extremely busy and there are only 4 employees! From the 48 minutes I was there, around 26 customers came inside. Be patient with them.”

“The people are friendly and try to help everyone out in a timely manner. Sometimes your wait is longer than 2 minutes. The issue with the low marks on others is they want everything now. Some people are impatient”
