“I had an appointment with Luna and she was wonderful with assisting me in setting up a business account with them. She wished me many blessings for my LLC and if I needed anything, to stop back in and talk to her.
Both Nicole and another teller acknowledged me when I came in and thanked me for my patience. I only had to wait 5 minutes for Luna to finish up with an elderly customer, which I don’t mind. Be advised that this branch is extremely busy and there are only 4 employees! From the 48 minutes I was there, around 26 customers came inside. Be patient with them.”
“Sitting here in the lobby waiting on the atm maintenance guy to open the machine because the atm machine broke down while I attempted to make a deposit at 1:30am took my money and my card did not deposit my money. The atm is back up and running but still do not have my money back. This needs to be escalated. My money supposed to be deposited in my account by the end of the day. I’ll keep you posted. Update: Money posted. Comerica did right by me. Thank you”

“I'm glad somebody loved my money more than I did that's okay cuz I'm getting it back triple fold ☺️ and you know who you are you are going to give me my money ??? back we were at several places on September 22nd Aldi's Uncle Joe's I don't know you know exactly where I figured it out on my timeline in I see that them are the dates that you pick me up at Big boy and we stopped at Kroger's, uncle Joe's, Aldi, and yes I am the one who's robbed the $400 at Comerica bank because I cannot use a ATM because you use my card and often places we stopped at to draw money you know who you are...Jess”
