Sam made the process so pleasant and easy and handled everything professionally and promptly. I highly recommend Mr. Bateyah And DFCU mortgage and bank . I am extremely pleased with My rate and nobody could offer me better closing costs than they did not even Rocket . I actually took Rocket’s offer to Sam And he crushed it . “After another BoA was too busy to service us, Ryan, Unique and Mohammad at BoA Livonia made things happen! My family had a situation where we somewhat emergently needed to help my mild cognitively declining mom with her finances and notarize new POA paperwork since my stepdad was unexpectedly in the hospital and not doing well. Bank manager Ryan and Unique worked immediately to accommodate. They were so kind, thorough, professional, and double checked with my mom that she consented and was able to verbalize understanding which I very much appreciated. It was a difficult time for my family with lots of unknowns and limbo. Ryan and Unique are shining examples of great customer service. Shout out to Mohammad also with whom this experience would not be possible. I have a BoA credit card and don’t always love BoA but my experience at the Livonia branch was outstanding.”

“Total shoutout to Carrie Curnow and Gina Ianitelli who really turned around my experience. After HORRIBLE online experience with FS on a couple of occasions I decided to show up in person - and I was loaded for bear. I had my mother with me who uses a walker. Struggling up the four steps outside the office a woman (who turned out to be Carrie) came rushing out to help me get Mom situated. Carrie didn't know if we were going to FS or another business on the strip, she was just there to help. She asked if we were going to FS and she'd help.There was a lot to discuss b/c my Dad was dying on cancer, my Mom knew nothing about the finances but Carrie sorted everything out. Was patient with her, was very sympathetic and warm. A week later after my Dad passed we passed several other FS branches to go back to this branch to see Carrie again. We again had loads to discuss, Carrie was again very patient.After sorting through all of Dad's financials with had yet another trip to make and this time saw Gina. She was excellent, patient, warm as well.I have a complete difference of opinion about FS now, thanks to the interactions at this branch. I hope they sort out the online support people to be equally as good.”

“Anytime I've called they have been very helpful for my questions. No matter how stupid my questions are. We merged from Parkway. We're both disabled and not very smart on our banking & insurance policies. Rhona who came from Parkway was so helpful & kind to us & understood our confusion. Branch Manager Ms. Lopa is one the friendliest and customer focused professionals with years of experience. I had more than positive experience with both my in-branch and phone interactions. “Angela (branch manager) is a rockstar. She’s helped me invest my business accounts into money markets and has made my company tons in interest as opposed to having it sit in checking accounts. She had educated me in so many things and been so incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Huntington has helped my business during Covid with the PPP Loans when my smaller credit union couldn’t and has continued to parter w me as a new business owner in so many ways. They are more than just a bank! She continually looks for opportunities to help my company and network w other businesses in our area! So very grateful for her and her wonderful staff!”
