They could have easily charged me for parts and labor, but instead they inspected my phone and cleaned the charging port at no charge. The phone is charging properly! I highly recommend this repair shop as they operate with integrity.”

I come here for my wireless needs first even when there may be a bit of a wait it's worth it because you are getting thorough service done right and accuracy and politeness over swiftness is always best. They will always let you know what's the best for your budget, help how they can and if it's something they don't have carry let you know if they know of anything else that will do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. “I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”
