“They have fixed up a few bicycles for me. More recently a 1970s schwinn. The bike techs went above and beyond to find the parts needed to transform the handlebars. This bike was for someone who hasn't rode a bike in a long time and has some knee issues so they were very nervous to get into biking. Thank you for helping me make this bike comfortable and help my friend be confident to give biking a chance.”

“This was the best, knowledgeable bike store that I have ever visited. I have a Performer Trike. Brian took the bike in the day I came in. Found several things that were wrong with the bike. Did the repair, and several other things to make the bike more efficient. When I took the trike out for a spin, it was fantastic. No alignment problem. No problems at all. Smooth and fast! Thank you Brain. Well worth the 50 mile drive. Thank You!”

“Ordered the atlas cargo for work to carry some tools around. I already have a cabinet I’m gonna mount on my trike. Had these guys modify my solid wheels to the mag rims. No issues and no complaints with this company. Was promised and delivered on the date they said. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trike. Thank you industrial bicycles!”

“Great place to purchase your first bike or any bike honestly. They were very patient, and let me try out my preferred bike on fresh gravel tires to make sure it felt right before I made my purchase. Solid prices in general. I recently had a crash and bent my handlebar. Was able to drop the bike off and get it repaired within the week.”

“Professional, hard working, great customer service. Very busy Place because they know what they are doing. They will meet your needs. Treat them with the dignity and respect that they deserve. If you're in a bad mood , do not take it out on these hardworking men. Do not curse at them as I witness an ignorant person do. Thank you for helping me with the purchase of my recumbent bicycle. I told you my health conditions and I and I would not join a gym. However, I would buy a bicycle and you guys helped me thank you.! Have a great day on purpose! I invested in myself today.Thank you Brian and Kevin for your job well done! It's very important especially dealing with the public. Good job , maintaining your professionalism while dealing with an out of control customer that just wanted to cuss you out. People like that should stay home”
