“Hello, Khalil is amazing. He knows the work very well. I love the part where he explained the work. He is very patient and understanding.
I came to him 3 different times to work on my cars. Not only he solved the issue, he also mentioned about the warranty. On my Honda Odyssey he changes the Spark plugs and Breaks. On my other car he changed the back Drum and breaks.

“Early Saturday morning we were on our way to Grand Rapids for my son’s hockey tournament and my wife’s transmission failed on 275. We called 3 places and they were all 2 hours out and wanted several hundred dollars for a tow back home and we were in a rough spot. Sparks towing was the 4th place I called, he was currently on another tow helping someone else, but heard my situation and said let me see what I can do I’ll call ya right back. He called back in 5 minutes, sent someone right out and we were back home in less than a half hour and on our way to GR in no time and charged less then the others. Because of them we saved money and made it to the game on time. I am grateful for them and they have a customer for life.”

“Tried to sell me coffee full price 3.50 for 2 medium coffee's. Coffee had to be six hours old at least and had to heat up in microwave. But said how bout half off. He says how bout a buck 50. I said thank you. I accidentally spilled it anyways, when I got outside somehow. Still recommend this store over mobil and the marathon down the street.”

“Had the pleasure of getting a call from this tow service. He was vary nice and professional and with a towing company it can be a pain. But he pick my car up and took it to the repair shop and he touched base with me through it all. You don’t know how I appreciate that as a customer. “My experience with them has always been through AAA and I have to say that every time I have dealt with them it has been just an overall great experience. They have always been quick to respond to my AAA service requests. The dispatcher has always asked all the right questions and the guys who have come out are always professional and courteous. This most recent occasion was due to the transmission in my daily driver going out and I had to have it towed from The Corner of 5 Mile and Beech Daly in Redford MI all the way down to Telegraph and Wick RD in Taylor MI. I just wish I could recall the driver's name so I could give him a shout out as well for his stellar service.”
