“After being divorced over a decade ago, I never got to wear my engagement ring again. A friend introduced me to Alicia at Leo's and this designer made MAGIC HAPPEN. I drew out what I wanted, she got the design perfect on the first CAD drawing and my new ring was in production in a flash. My new ring came back to me better than I could have imagined! I am absolutely stunned at the level of craftsmanship and her customer service is next level. She stayed in my budget, and she was honest about what it would cost to get the design I wanted. There were no surprise costs or any issues from start to finish. She texted me with every new update and kept me in the loop about when my ring went into production and exactly how long it would take to return the new ring to me. The most incredible part was we did everything though texting! This worked great for my schedule and I was aware of everything she was doing. I am so thrilled with my result that I am having her make another ring for me. I have found my dream jeweler!!!!! Thank you Alicia for making my design ideas a reality!!!!!!!!”

“I realized the main stone in my engagement ring had come loose, the day before I was leaving for my out of state wedding. When I contacted the jeweler where the ring was purchased, they told me it would take 4 WEEKS to fix! I called 14 Karat jewelers, 20 minutes before they were about to close. In a panic, I told them my situation and asked if they could help me. They told me to come in so they could look at the ring. The jeweler was able to my fix my ring and even cleaned it for me. Everyone in the store was very kind and I am beyond appreciative of the time they took to help me, especially with my tight timeline. I wish the ring had been purchased through 14 K J.”
