“I called up motorwerks to ask about a custom turbo kit for a 2011 bmw 335i and they said they would take on the job and to bring it in the next week. It was definitely a process because the kit ended up not fitting from the manufacturer but we were able to make it work by having lots of things fabricated to fit. Rusty is one of the best customer service and customer care people I've dealt with, he was super straight to the point and never over exaggerated any sort of time of anything when it came to the completion of the build. Greg did a fantastic job on the car, lots of things had to be fabricated and there seemed to be lots of tight spaces when fitting everything together. Recently got the car back and haven't had a single issue since and its running healthy as can be. pricing, time, and customer service was very fair. Would reccommend 100% to anyone needing assists with any repairs, diagnosis, or any sort of issues. 10/10 service. I will defenitly be returning if I ever need help with anything and will 100% recommend to any friends or anyone needing a job done well.”

“I have never had any experience quite like this at any auto shop. It has changed my beliefs in thought that there are not any trustworthy mechanics out there. Sam is so thorough and even better, he is compassionate, authentic and competitively priced.Back on April 18th, while driving to an event, my engine and oil light suddenly came on and shortly I came to find out that my engine had died. I had recently used this same auto shop for a bumper dent that I had so I thought I would give them a call to see what my options were since my vehicle is still financed through my bank. Sam was able to take a thorough look and run down of my engine and what I would need to move forward. He gave me an estimate and I told him my budget and he worked extremely hard to see what he could do to match my budget with a newer used engine with much lower miles. It took several weeks to do this huge job of taking apart my engine and replacing it with the new one once it arrived in the shop. After all was said and done, my transmission had been damaged from the way the engine locked up when it died and would now also need to be replaced. I was so overwhelmed as neither of us were expecting more issues but Sam took care of it for me and was so empathetic for how much this all was costing and how long I had been without my car and just everything it took to get this car running again. My car was finally ready after 5 weeks of hard labor work from a kind, compassionate, thorough and trustworthy mechanic Sam is and was, I will never take my car anywhere else. I really won’t. I am a very good judge of character and have strong intuition of others and from the very beginning to the very end of this situation, I knew that Sam was one of a kind and would take care of my car like it was his own. So for anyone who is skeptical and isn’t sure if they should come here, I say YESSSSSS!!!!! I promise you all that you will be in the best hands, hands down. “Our van was recently involved in a small accident and we took it to Gerber to repair mostly cosmetic damage. Shortly after the accident (after the initial estimate appointment but before the actual repair appointment) the car started to experience electrical issues. I was fairly certain they were not accident related but they recommended I bring it back in to take a good look and be sure. Their troubleshooting and advice revealed an unrelated issue that I was able to address immediately after picking the car up from being repaired. Their assistance on this matter was above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. The repair was good and the car looks good as new. Additionally the entire staff was friendly and helpful while working through the car rental process and working with the insurance company. While nobody wants to have to visit a collision shop, I would return if I have to and would recommend this shop to others.”
